• In the past two days I have gotten emails asking about being requested to provide credit card info in order to register and also to make a post in the classifieds forums. PLEASE NOTE: In no instance will this site ask you for this sort of information. The only time any request for payment is made is if you choose to opt-in for a higher membership level, and that is done SOLELY through PayPal. Anything else is coming from a source other than this site. My guess is that this is coming through Google Adsense, but when I can get someone to send me a screen shot of this sort of request, I will know more.

    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Just picked up a hatchling rack from Chris over @ C Serpents and I will never buy a rack anywhere else again. Besides being affordable, this thing is true quality. Solid as a rack and the tubs are tight yet they slide in and out perfectly. I sincerely mean it when I say that as long as he is in business I will not get a rack anywhere else. Everything little detail about the rack shows the pride he takes in his work. I, without thinking twice, will recommend him to anyone, regardless if you've got a small collection or a whole breeding facility. This guy makes some good stuff.

Besides his quality of work, his customer service was also superb. Communication was flawless and he had a great personality overall. Not only this industry, but every business period, needs more people like him. He is an honest guy doing honest work to the best of his abilities.


For anyone who is interested in his work, don't hesitate and go for it. You will not be disappointed. He builds A+ stuff!
 
Chiming in to agree. I have two racks by Chris (Cserpents.com) and they are of impeccable quality. He is great to communicate with, and I would never hesitate to give him my business again. Thanks Chris!

I absolutely love all of my C-Serpents racks! Every rack we have now is from Chris at C-Serpents and we wouldn't even consider another brand anymore.

Originally we bought one because he vends at shows near us, but his racks are great. They are reasonably priced, come assembled with belly heat, and tubs, hold heat well and are nice to look at. We now have nine of them. Chris is excellent to work with and goes above and beyond when needed....even when it means fitting (read stuffing!) racks into a car, in the driving tropical storm Debbie rain for me!!
 
I agree as well. I had a better than expected season last year and needed baby racks ASAP. Chris turned the order within a few days! Great customer service.

Well, you can add me to list of Chris' happy customers. I ordered two of his 16 tub PVC V-18 racks and asked for him to include casters for one of them (I stacked them).

The packaging was perfect (though I hated all the "ghost poop" LOL), and I really appreciated his attention to detail. The little things, like including a strip of aluminum tape for taping down the thermostat probe. I have a roll of my own, but it was that bit of detail that made me feel even more confident in the level of detail that went into putting my racks together.

On top of that, Chris was very patient with me while I tried to determine what exactly would best suit my immediate needs.

I plan to purchase a few more racks from Chris very soon!
 
We had a great experience with Cserpents! The price was good and we needed a rack quickly. He helped us out and got it to us really fast. It's perfect and the customer service was awesome. I would definitely buy from him again in the future.
 
Just received my 2nd and 3rd rack built by Chris. I was lucky to find someone that was selling a used one in my area several months ago, before I knew of him. I really liked the design, material, and function. I looked at many other vendors since then, comparing styles, material, and prices, but ultimately decided to have Chris ship me two more racks from Florida to California. I feel like nothing compares to these. They are very light weight, durable, and maintain consistent temperatures. Well worth it!
