• In the past two days I have gotten emails asking about being requested to provide credit card info in order to register and also to make a post in the classifieds forums. PLEASE NOTE: In no instance will this site ask you for this sort of information. The only time any request for payment is made is if you choose to opt-in for a higher membership level, and that is done SOLELY through PayPal. Anything else is coming from a source other than this site. My guess is that this is coming through Google Adsense, but when I can get someone to send me a screen shot of this sort of request, I will know more.

In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

I recently purchased a male snow boa from Chris Drews of DCBoas. Chris performed admirably and the boa arrived beautiful and active. There is a url to my thread & pics in the boa forum here: (http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/forums/showthread.php?p=1579634#post1579634). I don't really know how to do fancy codes and things, but there is the url.

The long story follows.

In mid-to-late January I contacted Chris regarding a male snow from his Kahl Coral het snow X Kalh Coral het snow pairing. He responded promptly, informing me that two males remained. He sent pics of the males and allowed me to choose which I would like. He kept and fed the little guy for over a month while we waited for a break in the weather.

Today my little snow arrived. He was packaged well, in a box with nice thick insulation, plenty of crumpled newspaper to keep him from sliding about, and a heat pack wrapped and placed on the bottom. He was a bit cold, but there was a pretty bad storm for a large part of his journey so that's understandable.

I unpacked him and gave him a quick inspection. He's active, no sign of mites or RI or anything like that. He's definitely going to be a great addition once he's out of quarantine.

Chris was professional through the entire situation, even when we encountered issues with PayPal and uncooperative weather. He has clearly taken care of the little guy and packaged him safely. I would recommend him as a decent seller.

Thanks!
