    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

kennard, it seems you knew from the very beginning that he was selling the crosses as pure texans. Your own words below say you knew. You were quiet because you didn't want to be embarrassed? How embarrassing.

Felice sold and misrepresented some of the offspring to Steve Fuller and Bobby Lee. He lied, saying that the offspring were Texas Indigos

Dan sold some babies to "Steve" and on several occasions expressed (to me) concern that "Steve" might suspect that they were crosses

It seems that you either knew they were being sold as pure texans as you state above or you are lying about not knowing that felice was selling them as pure texans. Which is it kennard. Which lie is the real lie and which one is the coverup?

I refer to your posts "style" as trollish because whenever one of you posts, the other posts. As was said in the article regarding trolls (posted by Dr. Owens I believe), that they sometimes operate in teams of 2 or more to lend the original more credibility. Also, whenever you guys post, you generally place every thought going on in your head into a seperate post. So were taking up pages with random thoughts. Slow it down. Put all your thoughts in one post. Then answer anything or rebute anything you like in the same manner. I don't dislike you because I really don't know you, and I don't think you are necessarily trolling, because you have added useful information. These are not "my friends", this is just stuff I am reading in a public forum, and one of the only ones that I frequent. Also, I am not saying in anyway that you can tell Dan what to do. I personally would post in the Ball Python Forum at Kingsnake if I found out Joe Blow was selling fake hets. I would then post here. My involvement would then be done. You did do this, but could have done it sooner. That is the what people have a problem with. But what is done is done, hopefully we have all learned from this.:confused:

I read the other thread.

"Al" and Chris, once again I will state that you do not have the respect for this board or it's members that you should.

The points made about your credibility were all legitimate, the tactics you use and the manner in which you two conduct yourselves and speak does not lead people to trust anything you have to say about any subject. Attacking Wendy for suggesting that you'd have more impact if you toned it down and pointing out that multiple login names function as proof that Rob is a liar... Well, that's just asanine and juvenile.

The two of you need to grow up and stop looking at life, or the internet at any rate, as being some kind of battle. People do not "win" or "lose" in threads here, the goal is not to score more points, it's to get to the truth. The manner in which you two behave has nothing to do with that goal, it has to do with your abuse of this board and the manner in which you both try to utilize it as a tool to attack individuals who you dislike. There are many pages on that thread which are composed of nothing more than the two of you responding to one another, apparantly while on the phone together at one point, you filled the thread with nothing but childish antics, lies, rhetoric and personal attacks that did nothing to advance the subject.

People like these two really make me wish that Rich hadn't decided not to ban anyone because if there were ever deserving candidates, it would be Chris and Rob.

If you don't like my tactics - THAT'S YOUR PROBLEM!

Unlike you, I don't flit around from thread to thread throwing my "ivory tower" meaningless drivel into a thread about someone I know nothing about.

The fact that you now know that Felice is a Scoundrel is a testament to the EFFECTIVENESS of Kennard and myself. Go ahead and criticize all you want. It only makes you look petty and vindictive. Your grudge with us is getting the better of you Seamus!

That's your opinion, and YOU are wrong! Seamus, Raden, Wedeking, and Pollock hate us, regardless of our style. Therefore, we aren't concerned with their opinions about our style. The reason that they focus on our style, rather than the substance of what we say is because, so far, we haven't been wrong. Does that bother YOU as well?

It's a mob/thug mentality that arises out of the arrogance of thinking that these threads couldn't exist without YOUR input, whether you have a personal interest in a particular thread or not. You guys are in it for the "sport". We are her because we know a truth that we want others to know. If we appear hostile, it's only because guys like you are simply out to sabotage our efforts to expose "Bad Guys". You might want to critique yourself at this point Tom. Congratulations! You are part of the club and we aren't.

Now this thread, since you have such a hard time remembering which one you're on, must be all that thinking you do for the rest of us, is about the questionable morals of your pal kennard who let his pal felice sell mis-represented animals when he knew FULL WELL that that's what felices was doing and said nothing about it for TWO FULL YEARS.

It's not about the fact that he did finally admit to his knowledge. It's not about albury or seamus or wendy or me or anyone else, just kennard and his timing. Think you could stick to that topic?

I don't recall reading anything on there which stated that Raden was aware of the same situation that Chris was. If it was there, please let me know what page and I'll be happy to read it and get back to you once again.

If you mean... "Does Raden deserve a bad guy thread simply for supporting Felice?" when Raden had no knowledge of the misrepresented sale of hybrids as pure animals except the deranged ravings of a couple of children... Then no, of course he doesn't, he had positive transactions with him in the past and had seen the behavior of you two clowns so there was no reason for him to withdraw that support.

A similar parallel could be... Does Stardust deserve a bad guy post for completing a successful transaction with Neil Gubitz and Upstate Exotics? Of course she doesn't, she did nothing wrong. Raden likewise didn't do anything wrong, he simply noted that he had transactions which went well and that you and Kennard were jokes.

Again, if I missed the post where it was proven that Raden also knew about the fraudulent sales before they were made, then the entire situation changes.

I never said anything about Raden knowing about the fraudulent sales "before they were made", and Dan Felice's "Bad Guy" reputation has nothing to do with the stellar deals that Raden claims to have had with him.

Now Seamus, Wes and yourself have read the Felice thread and arrived at the obvious conclusion that Felice is a Fraud. Correct? (you'll look silly if you attempt to dodge this simple question also)

Despite Radens great experience that he, personally, had with Felice, isn't it obvious that Raden KNOWS that Felice ripped Steve Fuller off, but refuses to acknowledge it because he hates us? But we all know that Raden posseses the basic common sense that led the rest of us to conclude the obvious here. Wouldn't you agree?

So Raden was defending Felice AFTER having solid knowledge of Felice's guilt, verses Kennard not even knowing one person that Felice planned to mislead. Raden now knows that Felice misled Steve Fuller. Raden now knows that Felice, in effect, misled Jeff Nichols. Raden also knows that those Hybrids that Felice is responsible for are still out there somewhere and unaccounted for. BUT NONE OF THAT KNOWLEDGE STOPPED RADEN FROM TELLING THE WORLD WHAT A GREAT GUY DAN FELICE IS.

Now if you have a backbone Seamus, you will now state here that you think that Chris Raden is worthy of a negative thread about himself, for similar reasons that you think the same about Kennard.

Or you can dodge the question, yet again. Let's see what kind of guy YOU are Seamus!
 
Well, after due reflection in reviewing this thread, I have come to the conclusion that this thread just needs to fall off of the radar screen. This is because of a couple of reasons:

(1) We do not need to have an already out of control thread spawning children here on the BOI.

(2) The reason for this thread being posted in the first place is not appropriate for placement on the BOI. The BOI is not the place for ideological differences between sparring partners in another thread that disagree with one another. There was no business transaction between the person who started this thread, and the person who is the topic of discussion here.

As such, this thread is hereby CLOSED. Any attempts to resurrect this topic in a new thread will result in that new thread being deleted and the person starting the thread being suspended and fined.

I strongly suggest the people taking part in this argument take it to private emails and curb your appetite for the public spectacle that you all seem to be craving. I seriously doubt that I am the only one who is finding your antics becoming VERY tiresome.
