Heres an email address Chris gave me of a friend of his where he is suppose to be housing all his boa's. [email protected]

that email is for: Dennis Trucknier who has said before that him and Chris work together on projects (Dennis was listing boas 'for a friend' and gave Chris' name when mods asked for clarification) the post where he said this was deleted, I put screen shots below (I had to scroll over so you could see all the text which cut off part of the user name).

Thanks again, He told me that he lived on Weiss st and texted me today asking if I got any texts yet?? Not sure what's up with him? When I talked to the Police about him they thought he was involved.

Honestly? Even if he's not involved, I would not NOT NOT have a minor involved in this sticky situation.

He probably means super well, but you and he could end up in a serious legal tangle if he's just a kid helping out.

Among other things, minors can't legally make binding contracts, so Chris could come back later and say "oh, David stole them, I didn't agree to anything with him, why would I, he can't make deals like that as a kid!"

Or, if he decided to pick up the snakes from Chris, then... not return them to you... you would have a harder time going after him, since the agreement between you and he about picking them up would be less sound, than the well documented one with Chris. (That's not to say a kid can't be found guilty of theft, but I just feel it makes the whole situation so much messier to get a minor inovlved.)

I was TRYING to say, that IF the random person who was offering to help you out was, really, 14 -- even if he was really sincere in his desire to help you and not part of the scam-- I would suggest you turn down that offer from him based on his age. Having a minor try to act as a go-between in a weird, difficult (and possibly dangerous) situation could make the situation even stickier than it already is.

David G did call me and offer to help. Just after the police got involved, asked if I got my boa's back would I drop all charges? I got a text from number 1234567 that said your boa's will be back Thursday and you get a tracking number Wednesday. Then 5 min later David G texted and asked if I got any text yet. I said no, then received the same text again. Looks just a little suspect to me.

I did a reverse search on the address you provided and came up with the info below. There is none available for that address on Gratiot Road. Perhaps Mary is his mother and he was giving you his mother's name and not his? Anyway... hope this helps.

This site sucks, except for a handfull of people. Sure looks like you want to help scammers, there are more scammers on this site then any other I have ever been too.
