Why does Chris Zorra/ Kane zooalogical Have "Regal Reptiles" homepage listed as thier home page on thier profile. Are they connected? If so You should give Sean a call to see if he knows whats going on or go see them at the hamburg/White plains shows. If they aren't connected then why would the use regal reptiles as their homepage and do they have permission to do so?

It might not be a serious enough infraction for the moderators to penalize you guys for it, but to suggest that physical violence against a minor is a proper solution to this problem really is NOT appropriate conduct for the BOI. Being local (ish) to the situation, I have nothing but negative impressions of Kane and will try to prevent anyone I can from doing business with the little scumball... and encourage everyone who's been ripped to go through appropriate channels with Rhode Island's and Federal law enforcement agencies in getting him exactly what he deserves... But to imply in one post and then outright state in another that you want him beaten up... itself a violation of law should anyone go through with the act... That's just reprehensible. I can understand the emotional desire to see it, but it does not belong on this message board, noway, nohow.

I have seen more than one post wherein the threat of violence was implied. It is understandable but not the wisest course of action. You need to rise above that sort of behavior as it accomplishes nothing and may cause you more trouble than it's worth. I believe that people who think they can settle their problems with violence are just not bright enough to solve them any other way.

I agree as well,I was involved in a deal with Pat and didn't get what I was supposed to but I contacted him not Chris and spoke to him in a calm and decent manner and had no problems getting a complete refund.Just goes to show you get more flies with honey.........

What I was suggesting when i said I would try to get you a refund is that I would speak to him and his parents personally so they know whats going on and hopefully make him culpable for his actions. If they are unreasonable I will drive to the local police department and file a report.
I can have everyone that he owes money to send me a limited power of attorney to handle thier cases against him and press the issue both locally and at a state and federal level. In my view he is guilty of internet fraud,mail fraud, theft by deception,and a few others to begin with. All of which carry a nice jail term.
If people dont start making a stand against people like this it will never stop. For my service I would normally get 25% of whatever I collect on the persons claim against the individual, which by the looks of all the people postiong on him it should add up to a tidy sum.
Just because I am 6'5 and 295 pounds doesnt mean that I have to go around beating up people to get people to do the right thing, but it does help if they decide they want to go the other route.And if any of you think I am just Kidding here I am.

I definitely still want to do the deal, we had a severe weather storm the
other day with lighting and my neighbors house was hit, and it fried my
computer, I went and had a new motherboard and ethernet card put it and the
computer was fixed, then I went to put it back online and I found out the
cable modem is fried too so I have to wait until next Wednesday for the guys
to come down and give me a new one!!

Can't get blood from a stone and can only exert limited legal pressure on a minor- I wish you all the luck in your collections attempts but doubt you'd be able to accomplish much. Unless of course you count having his parents call the police and having YOU jailed when you show up at their home after implying physical violence was an option on a public message board as accomplishing something.

Since you're shyinbg away from your earlier threats... and they were clear and distinct threats, all you have offered to do is... um... things anyone could do themselves with twenty minutes and a couple phone calls. Why would anyone send you any power of attorney and then give you a quarter of what they're owed in exchange for this?
Good looking out. The UPS thing seems to be a standard line here and is something to look out for, although he may eventually figure it out and drop this- it might be a bit of a pain, but anyone offering any deals out of Rhode Island/Southern Massachusetts and maybe Eastern Connecticut should be checked against known addresses and phone numbers. Takes a few more seconds, but honest dealers won't have any problem proving their honesty.
