Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them.     Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I think we're all getting a bit off topic here. Has anyone found out anymore about Zorra/Kane? Or has this thread turned into a flame war?

You know nick, I took your words to mean an EXPLICIT threat of physical violence. I'm not quite the heavyweight you are, but when I tell someone who owes me money I'm coming by, most get the idea that it's not just to say Hi, you know what I mean.

I would SERIOUSLY doubt anyone that wanted me to sign ANY kind of power of attorney. That's a scam waiting to happen. I'm not saying you're a scammer, I have no clue whether or not you are, but that document is not something to give out lightheartedly.

Seems that what you really meant to say is that you are in this for the love of reptiles and to make a buck where you can. Nothing wrong with that, but I think your prior statement was slightly misleading.

Perhaps you could go and visit this pat kane/chris zorra person out of the goodness of your heart and then see if there wasn't some way you could facilitate the recovery of stolen animals and money.

Anyway, your statements just rubbed me the wrong way. Maybe you didn't mean to say what I thought you were saying.

I do agree with you that this belongs on the BOI and not in hell. Just do your research better.

Being in the hobby for the love of reptiles not the money means that I am not a rich person and surely cannot afford to spend it on gas running around. Several of the people that Chris/Pat ripped off have already emailed me in hopes that I can help them out if I can.If I were a rich man I would gladly chase after all the scammers and such for free.But if you would like to go and do it for free then by all means I am on your side and will be glad to see you help out a fellow herper.

How do you think collection agencies,bail bondsman and others collect on others behalf?Without legal authoriztion of representation I would have no legal right to collect a debt on someones behalf. 2 of the "BOI" regulars have already asked me to collect on thier behalf which hopefully I can do "LEGALLY" not the way you took it for.I am a very out spoken person and if i intended it that way I would have said " how about I go beat the crap out of him for the money" but that would have been a threat in itself that could be used against me and I also dont believe violence is the answer to something that can be handled quite easily and cheaply with the courts.

You and Seamus could have emailed me in reguards to anything that I posted here for clarification but rather we just end up bringing the BOI to a new low by fighting among ourselves rather than with the pat Kanes of the world.The BOI in my eyes is here for all of us to dicuss the good guys and the bad guys of the reptile industry and help each other make responsible purchases without getting taken for a ride. Its a great thing to be able to check up on a perspective sellers here before you buy from them.
But somehow it ends up in a soap opera like this string is turning into.

Nw lets stop this and focus on the problem at hand...Chriss Zorra/Pat Kane...What can we do together to get peoples money back and to stop him from doing this to more people.Lets keep the rest of this thread focused on that not the trivial BS.

However, I did not address you by email because THIS is where you made the statements I questioned. Here is the best place to clear the air about them.

By the way you spoke/wrote you implied things. By the way I spoke/wrote I questioned those things. Maybe you didn't know you were being read the way you are. Now you do.

If you can help folks out with this character I'm all for that. You just didn't seem......... well, let's just say I wasn't sure you were the horse I'd be wanting to back. I would not be opposed to having that change. I suppose time will tell. Good luck, sincerely.

I will do what I can to help these people out and am thankful for your support and understand why you raised the questions you did I answered them as honestly as I could.

I will keep the BOI posted with any progress.

I just read this whole thread because I was looking for info on the situation. I was ripped off by a guy named "Robert Lambskein" who had me send a money order for a whopping $500 to... guess where.... SEEKONK, MA. Only he had me put it under the name Scott Robbins. And guess who never received any of her animals.... moi!

Anyhow, go to Arachnoboards.com and do a little research on the following names in the classifieds section:

Chris Zorra
Mike McNulty
Pat Kane
Robert Lambskein

There are probably more fake names but the main thing is that we HAVE to stop this kid. It's not fair to the hobby and we should not have to be paranoid. There is information in this thread on who to call and report if you have been scammed by Pat Kane:

Pat Kane under investigation

Any one that lost money to Pat kane/chris zorra/mike mcnutty or which ever name he used please go to the website below and email the detective division with your info.

We are going to get this guy on mail fraud(felony) even if he is under age the detective said he will be prosicuted as a adult (2-10 years),internet fraud ( felony 1-3 years),theft by deception (1st class misdemeanor),as well as federal charges for interstate
commerce fraud.

WE ARE GOING TO GET HIM FINALLY!!!!!!
