    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Chuck Tornetta - Big trade deal gone south

I am not posting on the BOI because they are biased so i am emailing you. The guy SENT THE CASH OUT and i found this out RIGHT AFTER i talked the deal over with Gilbert. And also, nothing was set in stone with me and gilbert, we talked about a deal i would have liked to done IF someone already did not send cash out. What should i have done returned the guys 5k check and then he would be complianing like gilbert but the other guy was first in line NOT GILBERT.

Also, you say how you will never sell to me etc. I would not buy anything from you. I have my sources, good ones. I have a great rep with the animals i sell, as i said before, show me someone who has been disatisfied with the MANY animals i have sold. NOONE just Chuck that only brought something up when i discredited him on this BOI. Curious.

The people on the BOI are not biased in one bit and in case you have forgotten I am one of the ones on the BOI so why would you e-mail me? You did not know the guy was sending out payment until after you had made a deal with Gilbert. You say the deal you worked out with Gilbert was not set in stone and something you wanted to do if someone had not sent money. Well if the other guy had committed to the snake you should not have kept it advertised and if you knew he was sending payment you should not have worked out a deal with Gilbert. Well you did not know about the money until after you made the deal with Gilbert so right there you are contradicting yourself.
Also when I said I would not deal with you that meant I would not sell to you nor would I buy anything from you. I saw your actions with UPSTATE and even though I do not care for them in the very least your actions there showed how you are. This thread shows even more into the real you and that is why I said I would not do business with you. You did not discredit Chuck in the least, but rather have shown yourself to be a person to avoid. You did not contact Chuck when you received the animals to trade back (maybe because the animal you sent had URI, maybe because you knew you could make more money selling his animals), and then you come and complain about the animals not being what he said they were but you proceed to sell them as the same thing that Chuck told you they were. From what I have read and seen, you are one that will say what ever you can to try and get what you want and when you don't get your way you stomp your feet and act like you are being persecuted when in fact you are the one in the wrong. Now like I said maybe the animal (Coral) came in and did not look like a coral and maybe you don't believe the Snow could be a pos. Blizzard but it was your choice to "dump" the animals so cheaply rather than wait a little to find out about the truth on the animals. You have no one to blame for the prices you sold the animals for but yourself.
Maybe it is time you took a deep breath, take a step back away from this situation and look at what you are doing and what has happend from a non-biased view. It is you that is biased in this situation and not myself nor anyone on the BOI that is posting regarding this situation.

Dallas if this were true....
then I should have been against Upstate exotics when your stuff was going down with them.
Because Upstate exotics has gotten a REAL BAD rap around here.

But it was not the case.
You got caught trying to scam them.
You complained about their sick and dying animals......then you got caught selling them as healthy.


Now let us look at your deal with Chuck.
You say the corral is NOT a corral or even a possible
You say the blizzard is NOT a blizzard or even a possible

But then you go and sell them as maybe a coral but not as "coralish".
and you sell the other as possible.

You also say Chuck lied about the genetics.
But in your add you go and tell people that you AND Chuck can verify the genetics.


This thread Does not look bad on Chuck.

This thread shows how much of a lying, complaining person you are.

So far it has happened twice.
You complain about subpar animals that you go and turn around and sell as the most excellent animals there are.
 
Is "coralish" the same as coral? I know I have seen a few people whe were corrected when trying to sell their "pastelish" ball pythons as pastel. I don't agree 100% with everything being said by Dallas, but I don't think that him selling as "coralish", means that he is trying to sell it what he got it as, suposed coral. Just my opinion though.
 
This whole thing with dallas is just BAD. From the ads for 1.1 albinos that are not two albinos but one albino and one het, to misrepresenting animals as something they are not.

It really can't be both ways dallas. If you say Chuck was lying when he said possible blizzard and that one of the boas you got was a coral, then how is it that it is NOT lying when you say the same thing? Yes, yes, I know you only said coral"ish" on the albino but, come one man, you know that it is very much leading to you thinking that it's going to be a coral but, JUST IN CASE IT ISN'T, you want to cover your ass but, you are so sure it is you're calling it coral"ish" in the ad. Tell me that you are not being misleading. And being intentionally misleading is just a half step from an outright lie. On second thought, in this case in particular, I think it may well be an outright lie.

You know, dallas, if you just came out and said that you were a bit of a fool and let dollar signs get in the way of your common sense you could salvage some of your reputation, which has taken a couple of big hits in the recent past. If you don't then you too are flushing it right down the drain.

You have proven yourself to be not trustworthy, especially in this last deal with Gilbert. It SURE looks like you lied to him. And if you lied to him what's to say you haven't lied to us before? And, of course there's the upstate stuff, you don't look too good there either.

Is it really worth it, the money you're making off this deal, to ruin your reputation? All your word is worth is a few thousand dollars? Because when it comes right down to it that's all this is over.

I'm pretty sure I just heard the ump call strike three. You're out.

You have been emailing me as well as other members of this site concerning this issue. I am considering that as harrassment and it is an abuse of my site. I was going to assess you warning points for this, but that would put you at 25 warning points, which would have immediately banned you from this site

If you want to email people outside of using the email contacts through FaunaClassifieds, then of course you can do that. But contacting ANYONE through my site will be considered as abuse. That means either via PM or by clicking on the EMAIL button in a message or any other page on this site to contact someone.

Please consider this as a friendly warning. I have actually never had to ban someone from this site through the incremental warning points method, so please don't be the first one.

Are the sharp strain boas cursed or something. Should I cover my head in tin foil to protect myself from evil. It seems anything involving a sharp deal lately has been a nightmare. I have had a few this last few months myself while getting mine (and then the seller had a bit of one with a pay pal glitch when I paid him).

I know its off topic, but I had to ask, I want to know is the whole strain cursed? (not like the snakes are ill, just bad things happen to thoose who own them).

Sharp strain albinos

If so im in truble,lol i have over a dozen adults now ,
i wanted to respond to your thread a few pages back mickey about possibly showing some vet, type of proof as to the health of my newest albino sharp female from dallas.
I am trying to utilize all of my tricks first, you know higher heat levels , proper moisture / humidity levels . and it seems to be improving the overall health of the animal, it would seem that she was not kept at optimal levels previously.
However she still hasnt fed for me at all since arival on the 2nd of this month, that scares me and im trying again tomorow with a live and fresh frozen thawed , live first as this is usually like constrictor candy.
If then she will not eat and refuses food left overnight ( fresh frozen thawed ) in her cage .
Then monday i will call for a vet visit, its not as easy as one might think because the only vet i trust with an investment like this or any herp for that matter is just over 2 hours away in PHILLADELPHIA PA. lol and getting an appointment is a pain ,
But its a definate if she doesnt feed tomarow,
I hope all is well with you mickey and your male albino 66% het snow is fine as well.

You should do up a little background or prop to take pictures in.

I think I speak for most people when I say the three things I hate seeing most in snake pictures in order are:

1. Feces, poop, droppings or whatever else you wanna call it.

2. Carpet, rug, bedspread, pillow, mattress, you know, stuff like that.

3. Hands, finger nails, feet or any other goofy body part unless it belongs to a really good looking woman.

Get my point? $6,500 snakes on tan berber carpet.........Baaaaad!
