    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Hi my name is Brandon. Recently I purchased the following from Chuck Tornetta:
2.0 DH Coral Albino Boa Con.
2.3 66% Het Albino 50% Het Striped Boa Con.
1.0 Het Striped Boa Con.
0.3 Normal Ball Python
1.0 Leucisitc Bearded Dragon
0.1 Hypo Pastel Bearded Dragon
1.0 Orange Ghost Ball Python
0.1 Het Orange Ghost Ball Python

Pricing was right in addition to a smooth transaction. The animals were received in good condition; healthy, no signs of respiratory infec., mites, shed problems, etc. I have purchased off Chuck several times before, he's a good guy and pretty reasonable as well.

I never really could understand why a customer makes it a point to praise his seller about things that should just normally be expected, as a simple standard of a good business deal.

I can never understand why YOU put a NEGATIVE SPIN on almost EVERY "Good Guy" post! Especially a "newcomer's" like Brandon. Seems like the guy (Brandon) honestly meant what he said!

This is the BOI, which Brandon, if he wishes to praise his seller, is all about.
Maybe Brandon hasn't had the service that YOU expect, but he was happy with the service he recieved and posted about it.

I'll give you a hint, it is a "Good Guy" thread. Let's be happy for him and maybe someday, he can live up to YOUR expectations. (which would be freakin' hilarious).:D

If Fauna wants, needs, expects more traffic, why oh why do the same few Fauna members continue to push/scare off new members, who, one day might actually buy ad space or become contributors to the site, both financially and educationally?

Isn't that one of the purposes of the BOI? To give positive feedback on businesses and individuals? So that when someone comes to the BOI searching for information on Chuck Tornetta, they will find a testimony about a business transaction that went well....and apparently no negative complaints. So why would it be a bad thing to post a good-guy thread about a good transaction?

Sure...we don't need to give medals (or even freshly baked cookies) to guys just because they do business the way they are supposed to...but the point is to let it be known that the DO do business the way they are supposed to...and are therefore, "good guys."

I'm not sure what anyone is reading into by my comment to Brandon, but it sure wasn't designed or intended to ridicule him for starting a good guy thread. More or less it was just something that I've always found funny and was just wondering about out loud. Truly.


I accept all your apologies in advance for assuming to know what my intentions were without first seeking my clarification on the matter. From what I understand about the rules and function of the BOI, its better to take these sorts of situations to PM to work out - rather than to derail a thread with off topic posts.

Mr. Tornetta had some issues a while back regarding hets, and Chuck Kimmel likes to make jabs (yup, sarcasm emanated from your post, palo). As far as I have seen, there haven't been any recent problems with him or his animals.

Of course, if your intent was to hint that there might be an issue with the hets, you might have gone just a tad too subtle. Trying a new technique, Chuck?
