    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Cinny or not?

HAHA I did have her paired up with a male that has some really decent pied markers too. I figured try for that first and see what happens but she laid two jelly eggs and hasnt shown any interest in breeding again. I get lost with all the "markers" but since she has quite a few different ones, I figured she's a keeper. I'm one of those people who prefer a nicely patterned normal over any other morph...most of the time. We need to keep each other posted on our girls lol.
 
And then this is my actual cinny. For some reason she is redder than most that I have seen. I'm trying to find a nice male for her but all the others I have seen so far are very dark, almost looking like black pastels. But clearly she looks nothing like the female I posted earlier.

Very nice cinny. How big is she? I definitely know not to deal with the guy that sold me my cinny again. I paid $750 for her as a possibly gravid female cinny. At that time I'd never seen a cinny in person. Now I must say my girl is not normal, but I'm pretty sure she's not a cinny. Not even a low quality cinny. I guess I'm just gonna breed her out, and hopefully whatever she actually is is genetic. I gotta say if I were gonna pick out a "dinker" to experiment my girl would be it, but when you pay premium price for a perticular morph a dinker isn't much consolation.

She is about 650 grams but she is an 08. I got her back in november she was about 450. I paid $100 for her. The guy I got her from said she was a problem feeder but she eats like a pig for me. She even locked up with my pastel two weeks ago. I'm not planning on babies this season but it shows she is ready.
As far as your girl goes, I dont really know what to say. She is gorgeous, but I cant say with confidence she is a cinny. If I saw her being sold as a normal, I agree, I would take her in a heartbeat as a dinker but who knows? Maybe you will end up with something even better than a cinny. Find a nice male to put her with and keep your fingers crossed and pray to the Ball Gods. Look at all the oddball snakes that have become high end morphs. You never know. I totally overlooked that you said she was possibly gravid. What was she paired with? I wish my girl was bigger, it would have been nice to see what she "might" be.
 
The guy that sold her to me claimed she was gravid. It turned out to be a large turd. When I got her she was only 1200 full. Would have been a bit irresponsible to breed her at that size. She's packed on some weight now, but I'm thinking about waiting till next season so she's nice and plump.

Damn, that sucks. I'm speechless that people can do things like this. Too bad you cant start a thread about this guy since there isnt much recourse.
 
Well, the problem is I did a boi good guy thread simply because she arrived okay, and I didn't know anything about the cinny morph. Funny thing is he's got 2 other ads up right now.

I would retract the good guy post and either return her for a full refund or offer him $150.00 plus shipping and get the balance refunded. :yesnod:

I just looked it up. In your good guy thread you mention other members questioning the validity of it being a cinny or not. That should have been a bit of a warning. While there are some smacktalkers on here, it has become a pretty vigilant board for just such occasions. There are alot of scammers out there, and also people who might not be 100% correct in their descriptions. I'm not saying you were tricked, to give all involved the benefit of the doubt, it may have been a mutual lack of knowledge. But nothing about your snake is what it was being sold as. Its not a cinny, and it possibly being gravid may or may not have made you feel "better" about paying that much for it but you didn't get that either and you said she was substantially smaller than described. So you basically paid $750 for a normal you cant do anything with. The sellers reply to your good guy thread seemed pleasant, has he been notified of your dissatisfaction? Anybody with any knowledge of navigating this site can see who you bought it from so in essence, this thread has become a sort of red flag. It would be great if you can work something out as clearly this was an improper transaction.
 
does have some cinni qualities like the flames on the sides slighlty.cinni,paradox normal head lol.if it is a cinni it is the worst example of the morph ive seen.she is very beautiful though and thats all that matters but 750,next time use big money for people who have quality stock.look at pictures of nice ones to compare.ones like my girl from bhb.heres her baby pic
