    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I find it a little odd that only an hour or so after I e-mailed Chris, telling him that even more people he had ripped off were coming forward here and posting their experiences, he comes here and gives us a story about being bankrupt and how he's talking to lawyers.
I mean, given his record I certainly wouldn't be surprised if he suddenyl found himself with no customers for his fake hets.... but it seems a bit too convenient.
I remember not too long ago, Chris also gave me an extremely detailed account about how he went to the post office and sent my money and snakes, including the weight of the package and the cost. All of that turned out to be completely false, as have many other things he has said.

So pardon me if I'm a bit skeptical, guys, but I think this may be the same old bull.

NO MORE MISTER NICE GUY. YOU FINALLY MANAGED TO PISS MR OFF!!!! CHRIS JUST SENT ME SOME COLORFUL EMAILS, SO I AM GOING TO TELL YOU A LITTLE STORY ABOUT OUR FRIEND.
CHRIS AND I MET A COUPLE OF MONTHS AGO. HE BOUGHT A MONKEY FROM THESE PEOPLE WHO NEEDED TO SELL IT. I DO RESCUE, SO I DROVE THE MONKEY DOWN PERSONALLY. CHRIS WAS VERY HOSPITABLE AND MADE ME FEEL AT HOME. HE GAVE ME SOME BALL PYTHONS JUST FOR DRIVING DOWN, AND A SET OF TIRES FRO MY JEEP. ONLY 2 WERE GOOD BUT HE DID NOT HAVE TO DO THAT.
I STARTED TO TALK TO CHRIS AND EVEN RECOMMENDED PEOPLE TO HIM. I THEN RECIEVED A SMALL SETTLEMENT CHECK FOR $1700 AND CHRIS SAID THAT HE WOULD SELL ME AN ADOUT ORANGE GHOST AND A FEMALE ARTIC FOR THAT AMOUNT. I SENT HIM THE MONEY VIA WESTERN UNION(WHICH COST ME $108 TO DO) AND HE SENT OUT THE ANIMALS TO ME. I THOUGHT I WAS WELL ON MY WAY. ABOUT A MONTH LATER, MIKE BROOKS CAME TO MY HOUSE AND I SHOWED HIM THE GHOST. MIKE TOLD ME IT WAS NOT AN ORANGE GHOST, BUT WAITE AND SEE WHEN IT SHEDS.
IT SHED FOR THE FIRST TIME IN NY CARE AND THERE WAS PATTERN ALL OVER THE SHED. I CALLED CHRIS AND TOLD HIM AND HE SAID THAT HE PRODUCED BABIES WITH THAT THE YEAR PRIOR AND THAT HE WILL GUARANTEE THAT IF I GOT A FEMALE OR A 100% HET, IT WOULD PRODUCE GHOST. SO, LIKE A MORON, I BOUGHT A A HET GHOST FEMALE FROM HIM.
LATER I CAME TO FIND OUT THAT HE BOUGHT THE ANIMAL FROM IAN AT OUTBACK. I CALLED CHRIS ON IT AND HE SAID THAT HE WOULD MAKE GOOD ON IT AND TO GIVE HIM SOME TIME BECAUSE HE WAS IN A BIND. I TOLD HIM FINE AND THAT I WOULD EVEN HELP HIM IF HE NEEDED ME TO. I TOLD HIM I WOULD SELL SOME OF HIS ANIMALS FOR HIM, AS LONG AS HE SENDS THEM TO ME AND I CAN MAKE SURE THEY ARE HEALTHY AND EATING. I TOLD CHRIS NO HETS. HE THANKED ME AND SAID HE WOUD BE IN TOUCH WITH ME SOON
HE EMAILED ME SOME PICS HE WANTED ME TO POST AND I COULD NOT SHRINK THE PICS. I TOLD CHRIS HE CAN SEND THEM UP TO ME AND I WOULD TAKE PICS. HERE I AM TRYING TO HELP THE GUY OUT AND HE ONLY CALLED ME BACK TO ASK ME IF I KNEW OF ANYONE WHO WANTED TO BUY HIS HIGH END ANIMALS! WHEN I ASKED CHRIS ABOUT OUR DEAL, HE KEPT TELLING ME THAT HE DID NOT GET THE ANIMAL TO REPLACE MINE.
WE THEN CAME TO AN AGREEMENT THAT I WAS GOING TO GET A MELANISTIC FEMALE AND THAT I WOULD PAY THE DIFFERENCE. I HAD A CAR PROBLEM AND I TOLD CHRIS I COULD NOT AFFORD TO PA HIM AND THAT I REALLY NEEDED TO DO AN EVEN SWAP. AFTER THAT I NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN.
CHRIS, YOU MESSED AROUND AND LOST. YOU TRY TO DEFEND YOURSELF AND YOU JUST KEEP PUTTING NAILS IN YOUR COFFIN. I USED TO FEEL BAD FOR YOU, BUT NOW I AM GOING TO GO TO GREAT LENGTHS TO MAKE YOUR LIFE A LIVING HELL. IF I WERE YOU, I WOULD NOT SHOW MY FACE AT THE WHITE PLAINS SHOW. He needs some jail time, I don't think he should be given a break even if you do get your money back. He's a thief and liar, Bankruptcy? Yeah right...you may be broke but I doubt you have enough money to pay an attorney to file chapter 11. You're just going to keep ducking and hoping you don't get caught. You are really no better than a guy who sticks up a liquor store with a pistol.

Spindle, I hear you loud and clear. No, he doesn't deserve to be left alone even if he finally gives me my money back.... But I've been keeping after this jerk since last July, and I'm getting a bit tired of it. IF he actually gives me my money back, I'll let everyone else he's stolen from bother him. There are plnety of people left to do it, I assure you.

Then again, if he doesn't give me my money back, I'll just have to keep bugging him forever. Or I'll just make things easy on me and go to the police. And call the Fredericksburg Animal Control. And talk to USPS, and UPS. I guess what I do is up to Chris... isn't it smart of him to post that he won't respond to me anymore? :)

I wonder if he really has a license to rehab animals...
 
first of all mike i told you that the animal never came from ian and you know that. you also know that he told you it looked like an animal he had but wasnt sure. so get your facts straight also the monkey issue, i just sent you a pic of him in the freezer so whos the liar? and anyone else that would like to see can email me and i would gladly send it over. also the issue with the animals i sold you, you knew what you were getting and saw them before i sent them so it wasnt like it was a blind deal. also i saw what that animal produced but you want to buy into the crap and jump on the witchhunt also so thats cool. also after you said you couldnt do the last deal because of your car you never wrote me an email and said how you wanted to proceed. you also had made it apparent that you wanted animals not money and now you want to play tough guy and threaten me. what a joke, you tell me how i broke the law? and plkease have your uncle the leitenant give me a cal id be glad to hear what he has to say about how you bought animals and i sent you the animals you wanted. hmmmmmmmmmmmmm but whatever dude ill show my face at the white plains show and confront anybody that wants to meet me. also i have tried all day to call you and you ignore the phone so whos avoiding who.

Per CMG's own admission there are "hundred or more" satisfied customers and a few unhappy people. Why then hiring "lawyers" (yes, plural) to determine how to deal with 3-4 unhappy people?

Why not send the paperwork to those that have bought hetero for pieds? He can even ask them to send a self addressed stamped envelope and return it with the paperwork.

The other 3-4 claims that we have heard of amount to less than $5,000 total. If he is seriously considering paying back what he owes to these people, why not selling one of his breeder pieds (the visuals, not heteros). Selling just one would pay what he owes and put him ahead. There is no need to spend additional money in lawyer’s fees. I’m quite sure that if he posts pictures and a full description of his animal(s) in Fauna at a reasonable price he will be able to sell them real fast.

Chris.... If you want to make good with our deal, just send me my pastel back and you can send the $500 at a later date. That way I would now your trying and not look like a thief. It's not like you ever called me like you said. I sold a lot of my collection to raise the money for you. And all I want is whats mine.

I just spoke with Vertical Reptiles earlier today at the Columbus expo and could not believe CMG stuck him for $1,500 and hasn't even made an effort to make good on it. CMG - I think I'll keep this bring this up to the top. Do the right thing - remember, what comes around goes around.
