the most difficult customer you ever had wouldn`t have been a problem at all if you had promptly sent her refund. You never had to agree to substitute "special" snakes for the grey-bands. Ellen sent your two remaining grey-bands back promptly and should have recieved her refund promptly. You have noone to blame but yourself. Not Ellen, Alvaro, Wes, Me or anyone but yourself. Ellen`s lack of a refund isn`t an isolated incident of questionable business practices, and that`s where the blame for slow-moving stock lies. I think Nov-June is far more patience than anyone can expect. Crying about sending more pics doesn`t fly when you blame it for your problems. They`re a bit deeper than that and you created them.
