In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Ordered a jungle corn and received it this week. Excellent communication and packing. The snake is gorgeous and very healthy.
Would order from again

I had the pleasure of meeting Frank on saturday and he was very pleasant to talk to.
He had some AWESOME animals that i would have just loved to have got my greasy little paws on had i had the cash, but nevertheless i did not.
I would do business with him anytime though just from speaking with him.

Trinity, which I think is about 5 miles south of High Point as a crow flies.

im going to agree. Frank is a stellar person. i had a friend pick me up a male Mojave BP from the white plains show. and im blown away by the little guy. superb health great color.
tho i havent met him but i did spend some time on the phone and he was more than happy to answer all my questions and allow me the pleasure of some small talk.
he gave me all of his contact info in case i ever were to need to speak to him in the future and i truly believe he would take the time to hear me out on whatever it may be.
im looking forward to meeting him in hamburg and shaking his hand.

p.s. if i knew nothing more than what he did before he got into breeding that would be all i needed for me to give him a positive referral. as my whole family is on the job ;)

I think it is interesting to see these posts. I received a 5 year old spider ball python from Frank about a month ago. Frank informed me about half way through the purchasing process that he had a "slight" lean or wobble which is a trait associated with the spider morph... this I know to be true and I accepted this. The only problem is that when I received the snake he didn't just have a "slight" lean. Its a pretty bad one and he came with a neurological issue that is associated with the lean as well as a respiratory issue that is now being treated... I have contacted Frank a number of times through email and haven't gotten a response, interesting since when I was in the purchasing process he was prompt. Anyway Im keeping the snake and I don't want a refund but I am a little burned. Im not accusing Cold-blooded Novelties of being underhanded but I am not really happy about the situation.
Now before anyone runs to his defense and calls me unfit, I am a zoo keeper and have been keeping and breeding many herp species for just over 20 years. So while I am not above ever making a mistake my husbandry techniques are sound. Again I don't want to stir up this pot and accuse anyone I just have had a bit of a different experience.

I have to agree I have a coastal carpet I got for him. I always like to do business with people that will take the time to talk to you. Even at a busy show. I would never hesitate to buy from him again.

I dealt with Frank at the end of 2009 and had a lost shipment.

One of the snakes died in transit.

He immediately, like within one hour of my call, refunded my money --- and called me throughout the several days that UPS had my box. He's a good person to buy snakes from (from my perspective).

East Coast, I understand there are a number of people who have had good encounters with him but it does only take one. I just hope my issue is the only one, I would hate to see other people having to deal with the samething and have to dish out the dough. Thanks for input though, I think it's a little confusing seeing the good feedback from others.

Oh i wasnt sayin you are my appologies for that. I was just saying i have known frank for over 12 years as a personal friend. he travels all over so it can take him some time to email people back. If you notice he only posts certain times of the year usaully in the winter he is around alot.

Chris, if you are a friend of his you should call him and tell him about this. I am not taking sides - there are always two sides to every story. I am not even saying that Frank should post here (he shouldn't - the wolves will sharpen their claws) -- just that he should at least respond to Justin personally.
My two cents.
