    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy coldbloodedreptilelover ripped me off and is selling the snake i sent him!!!!

This guy is a real dirt bag, trying to give a 15 year old kid the run around like this. I love the threats of lawsuits when he has been caught stealing a snake that he can't even legaly own in his state. Also basically trying to scare Damian with the possibility of 2 years in jail for sending him a snake that is not legal in his state, when the receiving end is the one who needs to be responsible for knowing his states legislation on animal ownership. What a clown...

I hope whatever recourse you choose to take works out for you and the snake Damian...especially since animals just seem to pass away in Mark's care. Hopefully he'll get what's coming to him to the fullest extent.

Are you serious?? The girl doesn't need to be an expert, but she did a pretty sweet job identifying without a doubt to anyone looking that it's the same snake. Are you seriously still saying that your albino female is a different animal than what you sent me pics of? Please tell me you're kidding - PLEASE!

The kid wants his snake back. Pack up that albino retic you don't want and aren't even supposed to have and ship it back to him today. There is no need for an email with him.

HELL NO! Don't try to pawn a $50 snake on this kid. He wanted a het because he was at a total loss after you ROBBED HIM! I will do my damn best to make sure you pay for this if you don't give him back HIS SNAKE. Those patterns are like finger prints on a retic. Lying may have gotten you this far, but your days here are over.

A pattern on a snake is almost as good as a fingerprint on a person

that is INDEED the same snake....those markings don't need to be looked at by a specialist to prove that...they match, to any eye, and quiet easily infact....end of story

I do agree the snake should be sent back....

but personally I wouldn't want any snake that had been anywhere near this man...I would be terrified of the lack of proper care and health concerns he had put upon it.
 
My last post showed the discrepancies in size of the lav albino tiger....and before that was one that showed 2 different genders on the albino suntiger.
While I was flipping through pages, I noticed that he also made different claims about who produced the albino suntiger and from whom he/she was purchased.

I guess it kind of says a lot for your, erm, interesting sales techniques that a "chick" who isn't a "specialist" can find holes in your story? Anyone is free to look at the pics provided and draw their own conclusions though.

That the two snakes are not the same? Nobody believes that bull Mark.

They look identical to me... but then I don't spend my life getting over on people. I am just a simple guy who knows the difference between night and day.

You should either have that snake sent to him TODAY (Fedex will deliver on Saturday).
 
Mark, shipping that snake back doesn't even have to come out of your pocket. I'm sure there is a member on here that you can surrender the snake to and we can create a fund to get it shipped back. Do the right thing here, nobody is stupid to what's going on here.
 
Now, why is he getting rid of the retics?
He's getting out of reptiles, going in the navy, he's having a baby,his girlfriend said so, he can't deal with big snakes/retics (I'm tired of this screen shot stuff, so I'm not including the last two in this post). Now, it isn't much of a stretch to consider many (if not all) of those reasons could be related....but the fact that he jumps all over the place certainly raises suspicions.

Mark, in one of your ads for the "dwarf" albino tiger, you said you had paperwork stating her genetics. I know you said the snake was sold/traded, but I'm guessing that you have a picture/scan of that paperwork that you sent to whoever ended up taking him. You could help your situation by posting that paperwork.

"I!!!!" thank you for all the support everyone i greatly appreciate it. and i dont know how to post a screen shot of all the emails so can anyone tell me how? its on my desktop as a folder but i dont know how to put it in a post. and if i go to the police the only thing i can do is take him to civil court and he would have to fly out here. ive already gone to the police and thats what they said to me.
 
File a civil suit. Plane tickets will have to come out of his pocket and if he doesn't show, it will rule in your favor. This will also hold up his enlistment in the Navy, and guess what, I am in the frickin' Navy capital. I think I'm going to make a few phone calls to them.

That's not what he wanted and it is stated very clearly. Because it wasn't sent signature required you thought you would make out on this. Then because of his age you thought threatening him if he posted anything would work. It didn't. That is the same snake, IMHO.

Your first reaction was to go and delete the ad that was used to support his position. Who does that when they are innocent?

Your next reaction was to threaten another person who supplied additional pictures you sent out to make a sell. Who does that when they don't have anything to hide? Nobody.

So what is your uncle's name? You know the Chief of Police.

either way im happy. my original snake the retic. the snakes he promised me or the $800 worth of stuff.
 
I would not settle for the het pied male, but that's just me. You can't even sell one for $50. That's exactly what he want's and watch it just be a norm.
