All I can say is Wow... Dylan I'm sorry you got taken by this scam artist.. I might be able to help you out though. I believe I might know who this scam artist is as I live in fall river Ma. If this is the same guy I'm thinking of he was trying to sell a dwarf tiger albino retic and it was never a dwarf.

This is the funny part, I actually DO work for the Fall River Police Department and I highly doubt the Chief is his uncle but I will check any way. Also there are no reptile specific stores in this city and I know all of them. I can also safely say he doesn't live in Boston and does live in this city. IF you can pm me any info you have for mark I.E address, names, phone numbers ect... I will see what I can do.. I also have a friend that I believe is also looking for this scammer so I'm sure he be willing to help....

Be careful. This might just be a stall tactic. He'll wait a week to ship, say it died, he's working on getting another one... blah blah blah. He'll just stall until the heat is off or until you gradually fade away at going after him.

Hello everybody so lets get this straight because i didnt know i was dealing with a young adult we agreed on a deal which was stated in the email im new to snakes to be very honest i got in way over my head with to many snakes wasnt housing my gtps correct and both gtps got mouth rot i checked with vet and it was to much money for me to payout so they did pass away i asked him about health on the retic he said the health was great i said ok well he would need to ship to a reptile friend for check on health etc since my gtps were sick and i didnt want to contaminate my entire collection my friend said no package came tracking showed it was delivered but my buddy looked outside nothing there so im going by wat he said ive known my buddy for 5 years so i trust him but anyways i still felt bad for dylan thinking hey if the package was stolen or lost i will stick try to hook him up so i explained the gtps died he prolonged this matter for months emails after emails that he aint putting up i said well all i got that i can give u since i didnt receive anything is a female het pied and gauranteed it to be het for pied he said yes that is fine i will take that offer so after that i just needed his address because i didnt save prior emails he never sent me his email till just recently so he changes his mind he wants this or that i said kid i didnt receive anything and you said yes to my other offer he gos on and off he now wants a male het pied to go with the female so i say just a week ok let me see what i can do then this comes out the bad boy thread if i was bad i wouldnt be trying to make him happy but ultimately nothing will make this kid happy the retic im selling is not his retic he said his was 3 feet mine is close to 5 feet i just probed my dwarf albino tiger to be a male so i need to fix my add so his is a def female he said i just got this in on a trade its worth alot more then a white phase albino totally different snake the kid just wants to cause drama come to find out where he was located u need a permit to own retics and i guess my area as well im in boston mass again new to snakes just found out it was illegal to own so i already traded to a guy in florida yesterday add is no longer good anyways if i need a permit i dont want to brake a law but thats the entire story he said yes to a female het pied a buddy bred his email is [email protected] feel free to email him for a def het dylan said yes then made me wait to look for a male which i was trying to do then bang i get a bad guy thread lol unbelievable.i have no need to screw this kid over at all.ty

First off your word doesn't count for anything. You are obviously lying about not recieving the package but... Wether that package actually arived or not THAT IS ON YOU. If the package tracking says that package was delivered than tough send dude what you owe him. Your "buddy" should have been there at the door ready to accept the package you have no excuse here.

I have even seen the snake in person and know what she looks like. And my two other friends have seen it in person also. We no you have the snake.END OF STORY. not sure if this is the same guy or not but i was just browsing another boi when i saw someone using some pretty foul language that was banned and the name instantly through up a red flag. Idk if its just a spammer using the same name or if its actually the same guy as the culprit of this thread. Idk how to do an IP check or anything but if someone could maybe look into it. Joncharles, I respect your right to speak and type any way you wish. At the same time, please understand that this is Fauna, not your Facebook page. Some people use this site to build/ enhance their business and livelihood. As such, they tend to present themselves a bit more formally than you might talk to your best friend. What I quoted above, to me, is like showing up to the bank for a loan while you are saggin' your pants below your . It's no way to present yourself in a professional manner, and may actually work against you. When I read what Mark wrote above, the opinion of him was partially based on his inability/ unwillingness to communicate properly.

You came here to defend Dylan, right? I am pretty sure the majority of people here feel that he got screwed and there may actually be some people here who can help him. He could use all the help he can get, don't you think?

If so, then you owe it to him to communicate your thoughts as clearly as you can. As this is a business forum, many of us are old and would prefer to read things that don't make our eyeballs bleed. Well that snake was my favorite snake I ever owned. It was very very very tame and I love the way she looks I wouldn't mine cash though lol. He's probably not going to send me anything at all though so I don't want to get my hopes up again because in the end he will crush them again.
