    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy coldbloodedreptilelover ripped me off and is selling the snake i sent him!!!!

I have no problem going to pick up your snake and shipping it back to you. Set up a time with Billy to hand it over to me and I'll be there...If he wants to play games, I'm sure his landlord would love to know he's keeping illegal snake(s) in his apartment.
 
OK thanks for the reply, Dylan. Sorry to hear things turned out like this. I hope there is some chance it still comes tomorrow. If not, that guy is really messed up for even posting on here that he sent it. I guess he gets off on that kind of thing. I wish I knew the law better, I'd help u if I could.

I would love for you to do that. E isn't responding to me and he changed his number. If u don't know already he lives at 109 Langley st. Fall river MA. Apartment #1

Dylan, you need to go to your parents and explain whats going on, and what others have said here.
You said that you did inform them of whats going on... and you legally cannot take any action, because you are a minor.
It may be "your" snake, but technically its your parents snake as well and their money (gratz on you having a job!), and they have to take control and file reports.

You can go to the police department with your Mom and Dad and have your parents say, this is what happened, Dylan can explain it better.
Then you step in and explain whats going on, mention this thread (keep a copy of the URL so you can show it to the police officer), and then tell him that you have paperwork for the snake... etc.
Make sure you have all your documents in place, then go to the PD and tell them that someone has stolen your property.

Sadly you need to make a federal report considering this happened over multiple state lines it becomes a federal matter through jurisdiction. If you search where to make the report online and give them as much info as possible they WILL look into it. Especially with all the proof you have here. Your local PD wont be able to help you considering you would be placing a complaint to press charges on someone out of your own state. So unless you plan on jumping on a plane or bus you may want to have your parents research the proper steps for filing a report with the federaly's :D

So when do we get to hear mark/billy/william/anonymous excuses on why the python was shipped this time? Or should we expect "I shipped it this morning" line again?

Hopefully it get's resolved in a timely manner.

Dylan have you tried contacting the local PD of the guy that is supposed to ship back to you (William, Billy, or whatever he goes by today) and see if they can do anything or point you in the direction of what to do???? Your parents should be willing to help you out with this if you let them read these threads and see what he has been doing. and your e-mails. make sure you save your e-mails and anything else he may have sent you on this website or through this thread where he has said he is shipping and then hasn't yet. You will need all of this to make your case stronger.
 
I just revived snake. She is in BAD condition. It looks like she hasn't eaten in months. The box was COMPLETLY smashed. She isn't moving much. I'm going to take her to a vet ASAP. He did 3 day service too.

Was it the same snake that you shipped him?
Who delivered it (UPS, USPS)?
Did you have to sign for it?
