    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Out of curiosity what new laws are you talking about? I’m in the area and I have a small squam project going. I just haven’t seen anything about new laws, so are you taking preemptive measures on something?
 
You should read the act first. It says anyone who owns the animals described, including snakes, that owns the animal prior to September 2022, you may legally possess that animal for the remainder of its life. (Grandfather clause) you just have to show proof, if possible, that you had possession of it prior to September 2022, upon request. No reason to be selling your snakes. It’s not even August yet, your snakes clearly are grandfathered in.

I’ve read it, I can always get more snakes. I have to get rid of 5/6ths of my snakes to get in compliance with their new legislation as well as pay a registration fee per animal. I don’t want to pay a city that’s making me get rid of most of my snakes. When I move in another year, I’ll start again
