    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I just got a great super harley crested gecko. Should I put her with a really dark flame male or a pinstripe? Give me your opinions. I can't decide!

It depends on what you're looking to produce. If she has some pinning it would be worth it I guess to put her with the pinner. If you want babies that may be dark firing harleys, put her with the dark male.
Though, with cresteds, without knowing what their parents looked like, anything could turn up.

sooo

ok... so in your opinion.. or anyones opinion.. what would be more desirable? dark harleys or pinners?

I also have a young solid red female that is still growing.. when she is old enough.. should i put her with the pin or dark flame?

Now, personally, I like high contrast animals- so I'd probably love your dark flame male.

As for the red- I did read recently in a thread on pangea that in one breeder's experience, breeding dark geckos to reds tends to yield dark red babies (should they be red) so if you're looking for vibrant red, probably not the dark male.

I personally have not bred yet- but this next season will be my first year. I've been reading an absurd amount on breeding as well as looking at what folks are producing just to kinda see what happens when you mix X and X- though you get the best idea for animals that you can see the male & female breeders' parents.
