Hello,
I have been a registered member of fauna since 2003. When I first joined I registered under the user name Nodrog3000, which was the first part of my email address. In 2004, me and my wife Sharon built a website http://www.bigeasyreptiles.com/. We wanted to be known as Big Easy Reptiles, so my wife reregistered us on all the reptiles classifieds sites as Bigeasyreptiles. I did not know how to delete the existing nodrog3000 profile, so we had two registered user names on Fauna, Nodrog3000 which we no longer used and our new registered username Bigeasyreptiles. I just sent $25 payment via Paypal for a contributor membership. I logged in as Bigeasyreptiles and entered my password and proceeded to make payment through Paypal. After making payment I was redirected to the Welcome room, where it welcomed me as Nodrog3000. I don't know if the cookies automatically cached me as Nodrog3000, but I wanted my user name to be Bigeasyreptiles, as it relates to our website. I wrote a similar email as this one to contact us at the bottom of the page, but I recieved no response. The front part of the email address was spam, so i might have been emailing to the wrong address. We figured we would just use the Nodrog3000 account for now but first we needed to edit the email address in nodrog3000 profile, to our current email address [email protected]. But, the site would not let us because that email address was already being used (by bigeasyreptiles which we cannot post ads with). So all emails would be going to an email account that is no longer used by us. Its a big mess. Can anyone tell me who I can contact to take care of this.
