    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Wanted Copperhead

Venomous snakes are banned in Ohio unless you have a permit, which is incredibly difficult to acquire, and considering copperheads are native you would also need a propagation permit to keep native wildlife.
 
As stated previously you need a Restricted Snake permit to possess venomous snakes in Ohio. The permit is through the Ohio Department of Agriculture. It is a tedious permit to get but definitely do able. Although a Copperhead would be considered native wildlife you would NOT need a native species permit through the Department of Wildlife. The Permit through the ODA supersedes it and is the only permit required.
