    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Yeah I got the whole BS line of you operate a 'passive' website thing to downplay your involvement in doing business in Florida in order to get out of having to go to court in Florida but.....

Is everything that is posted on your website 'Arboreals of The Rainforest' designed to help sell and make a profit from it?

Struck a nerve huh? It's ok the suit is over here and I would have to file in Ohio....I know, I know. So why the apprehension in answering?
 
Tim, You theif. How about what you just did ? you took a copy right off my website and posted it here. you have 1 week to have it re-moved or I will sue you.

At least coolcrittersbylj is a legal business

unlike Arboreals of the rainforrest, is just a name and has no legal rights to it.

No apprehension at all Matty. I don't think the courts of Florida thought it was a BS line. They took it very seriously and it's obvious that you dont understand it. It has been answered to you and the state of Florida in full by a legal document that you have in your possesion. Go read it. It has your answers that you seek. It's the very document that you were bragging that I didn't file in time.

Now back to Jim stealing my pictures and violating federal copyright laws to profit him via his website.

Do you still want to defend his illegal actions some more?

Jimbo is a business and as a business they stole my picture to promote their sales via the website.
That is illegal and you are defending him for it.

I didnt steal pictures, violate federal copryright laws, and place them on my website like Jim has done.

He even admitted to it and you are still defending him for it?

At least I did not realize I was in the wrong and when I found out I was I fixed it.
