    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

I just got this enjoyable email today and of course whomever it is refused to leave a name.

Anyone who knows this person, please let me know, so I can "watch my back"

Well my return email was returned to me. Seems this spinless blank doesnt have the balls to use a real email.

Anyone who can help me find out who this person is, I will make it worth your time.

if you check the properties of that email you should have an ip address or some sort of trackability. It doesn't work with some, but its worth a shot if somebody is giving you a hard time.
 
He sent the email from an add I posted on the K word.

Is the ip I am pulling from the message gonna be kingsnakes or is it his.

Ive also contacted the K words abuse staff, see if they can help me out on this one. I am very curious who this "person" is.

The closest match I can come up with using a partial IP search is ERIC P. ([email protected]).

I am not saying this is the person whom sent it, only that it is the ONLY one to come close with an IP address match.
 
hey mick

im not postive but ithink that IP will be from there meaning KS ip due to there mail is set up from there server i beleive. i went into my AOL AIM and sent that addy a request to use AIM with them if there is anything outthere they will get the request maybe i can find out something wont make any promiseslol

Well, following Rich's insight, I sent Mr Eric a brief calm email, asking if he sent the message. I agree the type is very similar, and it would add up. O well, I guess I got one good laugh on my b day.

i did a "whois" query on the IP he listed interesting its in NC i am also here but lol Mick i didnt send it hehehe
 
Don't think it was from KS email IP

I got an email from KS a while ago and the IP is 209.198.140.168

So, that whois info is probably the guy who sent you the email.

Email threats

Mickey,

That sure sounds like an email threat to do you bodily harm. Which is against the law. You should contact the FBI and show them the email.

I considered that possiblity (that its a threat to do bodily harm) and figure, well its worth the risk on that end. Im not the biggest guy in the world, but I can take care of myself quite well. I also doubt anyone withought the stones to sign a name, is far less likely to cause me any physical harm. I am however very interested to know who sent me this email. I want to have some fun with it. Im thinking a singing dwarf strip o gram to his work from his "male lover". Just a little fun to let him know I know so to speak.

You know, this has got me thinking, and rather then start a new thread for this, I will just add to this one. I doubt mr spinless will respond, but this is an open call to anyone who has ever done business with me. I dont care if it was last month or 5 years ago. If you would, please post your experience(s) with me good or bad. I figure this should be interesting.

Anyone who feels I have done them wrong, this is your chance, Im asking for it. As far as I am aware I have been nothing but honest and professional in my dealings, and would love to know if that is true or not.

I've never done any business with you, but something about that e-mail I think you may want to pay more attention too.

The "Tatoo freak" part. If you do have a tattoo, how does this person know it? The answer to that may help you pin down at least where this person thinks he/she knows you from.

BTW~ Anyone else think it is absolutely hilarious that "Correct grammer" mis-spelled tattoo?

Figures I would notice Tattoo was mis-spelled and not even know that "Grammer" was spelled incorrectly!!

Oh well, I never claimed to have proper grammar (I looked it up!) or spelling! But I can spell Tattoo!
 
Email threats

I am sure you can take care of yourself one on one. But bullets and bombs may be a little challenging! Not too long ago a young man was killed in Boston and his mother seriously injured from a mail bomb. The bomb was mailed to them because of an internet deal that went bad. I knew the bomber, he worked for me and lived less than a mile from me. He seemed quite normal.

Yeah thats something to consider, just in case this person does mean you harm, it wouldn't be a bad idea to take it seriously.
