In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Craig Wyatt-bad animals and bad service

I have never done business with Craig, however, as an outsider looking in, it looks as if Craig is going to screw you Evan. By him ignoring this situation as long as he is, he is losing potential customers by the minute.

Just my opinion.

Craig,

Even if you wanted to add the idea of "assuming you'd be getting back the snakes as you shipped them," you still need to say in writing that you would be willing to refund Evan's money upon receipt of the animals. That way, if you feel the need, you could insure that you are not going to get animals back that have been mistreated in someway and then be expected to refund money.

As it stands now, you sold this guy some animals based, in part, on them being feeders. They are not eating, and, in the opinion of the buyer, look as though they never have. OK, everyone makes mistakes; it's cool. However, you have to back up your animals or your reputation will absolutely suffer untold damage. I'm sure you know this, because you've obviously been around long enough to see what people go through when they don't take care of their customers as they should.

Why be such a hard case with this? If the guy sends back your snakes in the condition in which he got them (not including whatever effects they've suffered for refusing to eat for the time he's had them), you SHOULD send back EVERY DIME he sent you! Just tell him that this is what you intend to do, and Evan will undoubtedly ship those critters back to ASAP. Then, you can get them eating again for you, and just sell them to the next person. Don't burn any more bridges than you already have, Craig.

Evan-

Did you try calling him? I've bought from Craig and talked to him many times, and he's been nothing but honest with me.

I don't know why, but I responded to this post before I read all 3 pages.

A couple of weeks ago someone asked me if Craig Wyatt was an honest man, I said yes and directed them to the previous posts on Craig, where he recieved good references from several people. What is going on? He can't be that busy!

Tell all the nice people how you don't respond to email and won't state here that you will give me a refund Craig. You have really gone in a bad direction with the wrong person. I deal with so many people in this biz and until I get my money back, every single one of those people will hear about you. Over $300 you are going to lose thousands. Now, do you want to tell me what I want to hear Craig? Evan Stahl

I've had serveral deals with Craig, and was happy with each of them. Has always been straight up with me.
He sells alot of animals, and from i have seen other then this bad posting, he has a pretty good reputation, i doubt hes going to screw you and jeopardize his rep.
Hope it all works out in the end for you, take care.

That is great, but as of today another week has gone by and he still has not returned my email or agreed to refund my money. Evan Stahl

So, what is the status of this situation? If Craig has still refused to say that he will refund the money upon receipt of the animal, how much longer does this have to go on before it is officially recognized as a "bad deal" by everyone? I can't believe Craig is willing to refund the money but unwilling to say that he is! What is the deal here, Craig? People stood up for you, and now you look like you're slinking around as others who are known "bad guys" do all the time. PLEASE, clear this up.

Craig,

When I sell an animal if there is a problem I let my customer know right away that they need to ship the animal(s) in question back immediately and upon reciept of the animal(s) a full refund will be provided ( including shipping ). I understand that you ant the animals back first to cover your a** in case you feel something has been done to the animals or whatever ( nothing against you Evan, just making a point ) but you need to be clear and quick in resolving this. Tell Evan he will get a full refund upon reciept of the animals. Over a communication problem you are coming out to look like a bad guy and I really don't think you are. I have never done business with Craig but I know of people ho have and there were no problems, this is all some sort of breakdown in communication which appears to be your fault Craig. Maybe something you want to work on ........ No hard feelings, just my opinion.

I have still not had a reply either here or via email from Craig. As has been stated several times, it is a shame that people would stand up for him and then he treats his customers this way. At this point, I am feeling pretty sure that I will never heard from Craig or get a refund for this lousy pair of animals. It really seems a shame to cause such a big problem over $300. I have refunded one purchase this year for a customer that was unhappy with a snake. That is the only one that I have had out of the last fifty or so shipments that I recently sent out. Anytime someone is not satisfied, I tell them to send me back the animal for a refund. Simple. There is only one explanation for why Craig is so careful, even here, to not offer a refund. Think about what he wrote on this board. Evan Stahl

Just to give everybody an update on what a great guy Craig is, I still have not gotten a response from him to my posts here or my emails. It is great that some of you stand up for this guy, but after the way he has handled this deal with me I think anybody that deals with him is really not very bright. What explanation is there other than I get the lousy animals and he gets my money? Evan Stahl

at least you didn't buy a *insert an overusage of glorified adjectives* ball python that has one dented scale so it must be something new.

So a month goes by and nothing from Craig so far as an offer of a refund or acknowledgement of anything. I gave the animals to a friend to see if he wants to force feed them and try to keep them alive. I have a collection to care for as well as my offspring. I don't have time to deal with the kind of poor quality animals and lousy business ethics and practices of guys like Craig Wyatt. I have sold thousands of animals and never would treat somebody this way. Hopefully, as I tell hundreds of my customers who ask me about this thread the story, Craig will lose enough business so that he can stop dealing with reptiles and go into some profession that suites his poor character. Maybe used car sales. Evan Stahl

Craig posted ball pythons for sale in kingsnake.com nearly every week during the past several months. It's been a long time since I have seen a post from him. He might have personal problems that we might not be aware of. Does anyone know how to get a hold of him?

Regards,

Daniel

Those of you that check the adds for ball pythons are probably aware that Craig Wyatt is not there anymore. Furthermore, I tried to contact him to his e-mail (cnothesame, etc.) a while ago and his account has been closed.
