    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

This guy sent me 12 adult leopard geckos for 550.00$.
I assumed I was recieving healthy animals.  This is what I got:
 
All of them were packed in one pillow case together
some of them had cut, infected, and ruptured eyes
one had a rectal prolapse
all were severely dehydrated
most of them were starving, all bones including their skulls are visible through the skin
all have diareah
2 are feeding on wax worms since they are too weak to eat crickets
one had everted and dried hemipenes
one has already died
they were all covered with feces and smelled horrible upon arrival.
I have several Pics of these ready to be posted and I can e-mail them to anyone at their request.

 He says I got a bargain, and they must have been dehydrated from the heat packs in the box.

What can I do?

Well your on the right track posting your dealings here for all to see so at least noone else gets shafted if thats the case.  So he says you got a bargain huh, sounds like you just became a sick and injured reptile rescue.  Its a very morally challenging situation when someone sends you sick animals for healthy.  You want to return them, but if he wasn't obviously caring for them in the first place then they might be better off where they are, but of course now your out $550 plus the vet bills and meds cost that will be incurred if you keep them.  I personally would ask for a total refund and return the animals unless he would let you keep them for a minute fraction, to try and bring them back to health if possible.  You also have to consider the fact that if you have other healthy animals in your possesion, the sick animals become a MAJOR threat to all your existing colonies.  I personally have thousands into my Leopard gecko stock and would not risk them with sick animals in the same area what so ever.  Make sure you keep the sick ones as far away as possible and do some serious bleach cleaning of your entire facility and enclosures that they have been in contact with, hell even ones they wernt in contact with for fear of any cross contamination.  Sorry to hear of your mishap keep us posted on the outcome.....Mike
 
Hey Paul sorry to hear about the lost. You should really demand for your money back. and report the guys to the local ASPCA and have them do something about it.

$45.00 each for injured and dying geckos doesn't sound like a bargain to me! Get tough and demand your money back. jmo
 
What is the ASPCA?  I need to know as much as I can.  The geckos are in a different room than the rest of my reptiles.  I have given them doses of panacur since I have found a variety of parasites in their stool.  There is no way I am returning these animals to him for any amount of money.  I have been demanding a refund since they arrived, but he seems to think I got a good deal.  Money is no longer an issue, this is personal now.  We don't need people like this involved in any way with the reptile trade.
  I have a few tricks up my sleeve, that are all legal, but none I can discuss here.  I don't need him to be prepared.

Paul ASPCA is a police agency that deal with animals cruelty and neglect. because the leopards sound like they were in bad shape before he shipped them he can be arrest unpon inspection of his resident and  if they find neglected animals. this is a Felony and he can be charged with animal cruelty and be jailed up to 2 years in prison.  or you can call the post office  near where this guy lives and ask to speak to a postal inspector and file mail fraud case. because the animals were in such bad condition  you can charge him on not delievering the product in good standing.

If this is a real snake, it's THE most amazing albino Boa I have ever scene. Almost UNREAL in its contrast. Any thoughts?

Not sure where you were going to post this inquiry. What is it that you see unusual of this coral albino? In my opinion it's a great looking snake with nice contrast.

That's a top shelf Coral if you ask me. Killer animal, and priced way better than I've seen some 'non-Coral' Coral Albinos posted lately...
 
Well its off topic, but not really anymore

Chuck T is a good guy. He has some great animals. Im sure that coral is a smokin animal in person. Ive dealt with Chucks a couple of times in the past with no problems at all.

That's a coral phase albino boa. I see nothing wrong with those pics.

Dont be leary of that snake friend , he is AWESOME.
color is represented perfect . no camera tricks.
he is one of the best examples of a coral albino i have seen so far.
And if you were to purchas him yourself. you could see first hand the amount of red that this animal has. and them pastel sides are incredible.
I personally have seen others with color like this before and with pastel sides.
breeders want a premium for them of course .
And i would think as an adult , it will be stunning

so even tho everyone is drooling over these boas, personaly i dont care for them, but this thread is about these leopard geckos, and even the moderatior is posting about boas that where posted in the wrong thread instead of removieng them from here, whats up with that????? this guy got leos that sick?? i didnt even know it was possable to have a sick leopard gecko any more. you need to get your money back from this con artist, and please post the pics of the leos that you have. along with any convos or emails between you and the seller. also inform him of this thread so we can see what he has to say.

no, nothing to do with me, i was just sorta thrown in here for some reason, i do not even keep leopard g`s. i do agree it should stay with the original topic , i just thaught i needed to defend myself a bit, i do feel bad for this guy over the leopard`s ,
and i dont like to see deals go bad, i hope everything works out for him, im out of this though , good luck. chuck,t.....
