    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

OK, so I go to a midnite movie at the local Bijou, because they're showing "Creature from the Black Lagoon", in 3D, with glasses and all. A 1955 classic.

Then, the movie starts pi##ing me off.

So, here's an amphibian man, minding his own business in his little lagoon, when along come a bunch of yahoos who shoot him, beat him, try to blow him up, and set him on fire. Then they wonder why he's a little irritated.

His only weakness is that he likes the pretty lady.

By the end of the flick, I was hoping the creature would kick all their a$$es.

Am I the only one who roots for the frogman in that movie?

I have written an alternate ending for the DVD, and sent it to Hollywood, but they haven't gotten back to me yet. Frog hating bastards.
 
Hey Ritchie ...I feel the same way when Gozilla was victimized by all those people...hell man when I was a kid and Godzilla walked away from baby Godzilla in that snowstorm and then walked back to him I cried [course I think I was 8 or 9]

That was a good Movie haven't seen it in years .. yeah I think we all Cheer for the underdog now and then, myself I think after all he went through he should have gotten the girl... Randy
 
Randy, I agree. In fact, my ending has the creature getting the girl. They get married, and move to New York City, where the creature becomes a successful businessman, opening a chain of restaurants specializing in Korean food.

The yahoos who tried to kill him wind up trapped in the jungle with Pauly Shore, Rosie O' Donnell and Tom Arnold. Then, ......

Well, I don't want to give away the whole ending.
 
Yea, Kong is yet another that got killed over the beauty of a women.

Yeah isn't it funny how women get them all killed!! only critters who can't be killed like Godzilla never have to chase a women around..... Hey I've always known women would be the death of me ;) Randy
