    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Well i finally got into the crested geckos and got two 9 month old females my problem is the dont climb very good and cant hold or climb glass they get around in there tank good but just dont climb i dont see anything stuck in there pads and everything seems ok on there part do i just have a couple of real lazy girls or is there something i should try to help them be aable to climb

If health is not an issue, reluctance to climb is usually attributable to either bad shed or walls being too wet. To rule out the first, them in a clear cup and take a really good look at every foot and toe. Make sure none of the toes are stuck together or curled, and that the bottoms of their feet look clear.
Next, they can't climb really wet walls. How often are you spraying, and are you letting it dry between sprayings?
Let's start with that. If you can post pics of your animals and tell us about their setups and care, that would be very helpful.

Usually shedding and can also mean they are a little dehydrated. You want to make sure their humidity is good and they are taking in some fluids. I leave a water dish AND spray up to three times a day.

REALLY wet walls certainly can make it harder for them to stick but most all my geckos can climb just fine on a wet surface.

Good luck.

Ive got them in a 10 gallon with screen top have the screen covered about 2/3 with a towel ive got 2 water bowls in it one on each end of the tank and ove seen them drinkin from them and i spray the tank twice a day humidity is between 60 and 80 at all times i spray it in the morning and in the evening so the tank does dry most the way before i spray it again they really dont even try climbing very few times have i seen them try to climb the rock cliff i have in there and wwhen they do its only half way im going to ad some more stuff to there tank like some fake plants maybe they will get more comfortable and start climbing around more

Well one of them is finally climbing the other still isnt but at least one is guess they just werent very comfortable in the tank just yet
