We accept PayPal or Zelle. We will provide our information through private message once payment has been agreed upon. All payments are final and no refunds will be issued due to a “change of mind”.
THERE ARE NO HOLDS ON ANY GECKOS UNLESS A DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED IN ACCORDANCE WITH A PAYMENT PLAN OR THE SHIPMENT IS PAID IN FULL, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Payment Plans:
Only offered on geckos that are $500 or more (not including shipping). We require 25% down, which is NON-REFUNDABLE, with the remainder paid in full within 30 days of initial down payment. It is solely YOUR responsibility to contact us regarding payment dues. Geckos will not be shipped or available for pickup until they are paid in full.
Shipping Terms:
We always ship through Reptiles2you as they tend to offer a bit lower rate and have superior customer service. We are not an authorized shipper through any other company, therefore we will not be able to accommodate requests to ship through a different provider. You must send your zip code when inquiring about a gecko in order for us to provide an accurate shipping quote.
We only ship geckos on Mondays/Tuesdays/Wednesdays, when temperatures are between 45 degrees and 85 degrees at all locations (departure, central hubs, and arrival). WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR COURIER DELAYS. In the event your package is delayed, we will work closely with you and Reptiles2you to obtain further information regarding such instance.
We guarantee live arrival and all geckos to be healthy to the best of our knowledge. The live arrival guarantee only becomes null in void if the shipment is delayed by the courier service or the package is not picked up within 2 hours of arriving at its destination.
Dead On Arrivals (DOA):
In the rare event that your gecko arrives DOA, we will only reimburse the cost of the gecko via “store credit” if the following is adhered to….
Contact us by private message, email, phone call, or text message within 2 hours of arrival. Failure to properly communicate within this time frame will result in a non-reimbursement of the gecko.
* Please do not dispose of anything prior to submitting photographs and/or videos of the gecko that was DOA as proof is required.
Sexing:
Although possibly referred to as “male” or “female”, we do not guarantee the sex of any gecko under 20 grams, due to instances where pores will appear after 15 grams. If a gecko is advertised or sold as “unsexed”, please do not request it be “pore sexed” as we will not be able to facilitate.
