    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

So how should my Cribo's defecate look? his seems to very watery and foul smelling should I take him back to the vet or is this normal?

Jason,
I don't recall if you told me if this animal was wild caught or captive bred, or how long youv'e had him. But taking him, and a fecal sample to a GOOD herp vet is ALWAYS a good idea! The poop should stink, but it should stink much worse when you feed him fish, or frogs. Rodents not so bad, and chicken even less. It will always be runny, but with lumps, about like a seagull's poop. It ain't no boa, that's for sure! LOL They do drink a lot of water. Since I cannot see or smell his fecal matter, I can't say for sure. I only know what is normal here. I would go to www.arav.org , and find a herp vet near you. Take him and a fresh bag of his doodoo to the vet and make sure all is kosher. He can do a fecal float to check for parasites. And I would also follow a 6 month quarantine just to protect other members of your collection. You never know!

I did all that but the fecal sample. I have a very very good herp vet near me. He is the same vet the SD zoo uses and majored in herpetology so I hear. My cribo had yet to poo until recently so I just wanted to know if it was normal sounding.
