Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Maggie I am hoping everything goes well today he is a strong man and I know he will get through this. I will be here waiting to see the news!!
 
I am on my way to the hospital now. His nurse said they are planning the cat scan for 10:00 am. He has been able to tolerate a lower setting on his ventilator since 6:00 am this morning and has done well so far!! I will be meeting with his neurologist after he reads the scan and hopefully will have some news when I get back this afternoon. I will let you all know. Wish us luck - even though I know you already are but this is a major step today.
 
Man, look at that...I even see some people rallying together that Chuck has called out for various accusations and questionable business practices in the BOI. Now that is love, right there. :)

I doon't know Chuck but I have known of him since I joined Fauna. Hang in there, buddy. My prayers are with you.

Thats what makes this site so GREAT! I have seen Chuck rip through some of these people like they were an annoying scab. But, everyone sets aside differences with him to make sure he is okay to do it again in the future. I personally dont know Chuck, but I know he has my heart as well as my thoughts at this very moment. I wish him a full recovery and look forward to watching him rip some more little annoying scabs off. We all miss you Chuck, even some of the bad guys out there! Get well brother!
 
There is no doubt he could be as rough as a brillo pad but he has certainly got the attention of us all right now. Still anxiously awaiting news that there is something good on the horizon for this family. I just feel it has to be.
 
I just got back from the hospital. The neurologist said that he has minimal damage and he actually thought the scan looked really good!!! This has been a very big step for us and I'm still kind of in shock. Now we just need to wait for him to wake up and then take it from there. They obviously can't tell me when they think he will wake up, right now it is probably that the trauma that his body has sustained is what is keeping him "sleeping". As long as he is resting and getting stronger and I know there is no real damage to his brain, I'm perfectly okay waiting for him to "wake up". I will let you guys know later tonight when I find out anything else. Thanks again for all of your support.

This is wonderful, Maggie! Anytime I open this thread I get a lump in my throat...I get nervous, excited, happy, sad (now I know what pmsing must feel like)...and with this latest news, happy and excited is what I'm feeling :D. Thank you for the update Maggie! Chuck, keep fighting brother!

Hey now, we are trying to keep Chuck's blood pressure low, pics of the peaks would be counterproductive. :NoNo:
