• Responding to email notices you receive.
    **************************************************
In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Critical bill Appreciation Thread. :)

I have little tears of joy over here! That is such great news Maggie and girls!
I bet that bunny is SO adorable and that he'll love it!!

I'm so happy to ready this!!! Made my day!!!

Hugs and much love to you all! We'll see you girls and Chuck soon!

What wonderful news to come in and read this morning. I too use the CPAP machine and thats a good thing. You girls give him lots of hugs from all of us here. We all love you, your family and your dad as well.
As to Ed, its not easy being a moderator and trying to keep us all in line to enjoy a great forum such as this. I do hope You don't take everything personally. We appreciate You as well.

Ed? Moderator? ROFLMFAO

ok ok I have to laugh at myself once again. I always try to make ed the moderator and its him and Harald that I get confused. My apologies to both. Still lets keep in mind that there are Chuck's kids that are reading this and any one is welcome to send as many best wishes to Chuck as possible. These girls need to know that in a time like this all other issues are put aside and the best of wishes go out from us all to their dad. PERIOD.

Chuck, you are a damn fighter, let me tell you!!! KEEP IT UP BUDDY.

Maggie..... Woman.... I. LOVE. you! Love!! You are so strong, and keeping that positive attitude is JUST what Chuck needs. Keep telling the girls every day that Every single person is rooting for him on this forum, and that their family is so much bigger than they ever imagined!!! <3

C'mon bud. you can beat this. :)

I can only smile at the latest good news.

Angelina, he will love your stuffed bunny! And the next time you and Annie hold his hands, give him a little extra squeeze from his forum friends - just a little extra love and strength. :)

Take good care and keep happy thoughts!

when I talk to maggie last night everything was the same she was exhausted from working this week and juggling everything else

Hopefully she can get some rest. Anyone that has had someone in the hospital for an extended period of time knows how draining it can be.

Draining is an understatement. That stuff goes on for long it'll make you downright delirious. It's one of the most mentally and physically tasking things that can happen to a person. Been there once with a family member. I wouldn't wish that on anyone, not even on Ed.

Hang in there Chuck and Maggie. Our thoughts and prayers are still with you.

Just got home from the hospital - I got a call at 3:15 am this morning that he flat lined again - they were able to bring him back, but his kidneys and liver are pretty much done - the skin on his toes is now drying up and falling off - can't express the tears that I have right now typing this. They have him on a very high amount of blood pressure meds and they keep putting higher each time I talk to them or go there. Don't know.....been up since 3:15 am and don't even know how I'm typing right now and have to go to work in the morning - girls are close to killing each other, but I'm managing and trying my best with all things to deal with right now.

Thanks for the love and support and I'll update again when I have more info.
