    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

My understanding of the law is, if you are an "expert" in a field, you have to disclose that you are an expert. Meaning, if you walk into an Art dealer with an original Dali and they tell you it is a worthless piece of junk but they will give you $500 for it because they like the frame, they can be in some legal trouble.

I think it holds true for CV Exotics, they are in the snake business, specialize in Balls, and should know the value of most morphs.

Hey, ya wanna quit beating around the bush and fill in the public since you have so much knowledge on the topic? :shrug01:

Every post about knowing something, not wanting to post 3rd party info, and how the whole story isn't being told is really starting to get to me. If you have something to say, man up and say it. If not, shut the pie holes. This is supposed to be a place to hash out problems in this industry so that the general public can sort out the good from the bad.

I don't know either party more than having seen them at a show or 2, but you people are doing a serious disservice to them both with all your :censored: innuendo. If I'm reading this with no prior knowledge of either party, I wouldn't want to have anything to do with either of them.

You can post 3rd party info as long as you provide the source, so grow a pair and share what you know and where you heard it, or shut up.

Just so you know, only the first comment was directed towards you. The rest was directed towards you and every other person that has made insinuations without sources or substantiation.

I don't know what's true and what's not true, just what I've been told.

Scott told me himself that the guy who sold snake originally said that Scott told him to steal something for him, but on the stand in court, admitted that he lied, and that Scott never did any thing of the sort. Scott admits to buying it, but that he did not know what it was, just it was "weird". He doesn't have axanthics, I guess, so he's not so familiar with them.

His now former employee took the stand and testified that Scott knew what it was, and when he found out they knew it was gone, he was planning on killing it to make sure Kevin never got it back. According to Scott, the employee was brought into NERD and offered two snakes of his choice and a paid position in exchange for the false testimony.

Again, I only know what I've been told. Maybe all some or all of it's not true, but the former employee of Scott's is working at NERD now.

I claim NO veracity to this stuff, but the whole thing sucks, no matter what's true, IMO. Either way, it really is the ugly side of our beloved industry.
 
Thanks guys. This is not anonymous information, but first hand knowledge of what you were told. I'm sure people can better assess the situation with that having been posted.

That's great....good to hear! How does that have any bearing on how those of you in NH seeing what's really going on? If that's what you were trying to find out, why didn't you just come right out and say it?
 
One other comment I'd like to make is this: If someone that specializes in BP morphs doesn't know what an axanthic or a killer bee looks like, why would I want to deal with them. I personally do not believe he didn't know what he was buying.

First off you are correct. Axanthics are ball python genetics 101. Certainly someone in the business would know of this genetic mutation if they are not a rookie. Secondly,i want to respond to the other posts that suggest Kevin bribed Scotts former employee to lie on the stand. Dont forget their was also a detective that took the stand who had absolutely nothing to do with the industry. His testimony was overwhelming in favor of the state(NERDS). Also, former employee and I quote stated "I will lie for no man" He took his oath very seriously. I am not a religious person but to some people if you swear to God under oath you best tell the truth which is exactly what he did. Former employee is a grown man. He had issues with Scott prior to the trial and he decided to move on. Kevin and his staff seek out potential employees based on their ability to handle everything from catching a lost rat to handling hundreds and thousands of dollars worth of exotics and the intelligence to deal with challenging situations that present themselves. Jason fit the bill,he needed a job because he decided to move on. What better way then to start working for one of the biggest breeder in the country if not the world?

Turns out former employee was discharged with an HONORABLE DISCHARGE. He was found later saying very upset "I jumped out of planes for my country" Why would Scott let him do that to me? It was a disgrace that a soldier was disrespected like that...just sayin'
Anyway inside the evil morph gods chest there is a heart and if you listen very carefully sometimes you can hear it beating. Kevin felt bad that Jason was humiliated like that and yes he offered him a job but Kevin also is running a business so the above reasons are also why he hired former employee.
Kevin stated on the stand he did not hate the guy who actually stole the snake. This guy who caused him terrible grief and stress and the loss of something very precious to him...time. Kevin stated he feels he made some wrong decisions and is sorry. Proof again that a heart does beat in his chest and if one is sorry for doing wrong he is willing to forgive. Get the hint Scott?
Scott got caught with his hand in the cookie jar and is blowing smoke up peoples backsides to try and make himself look like he was "set up" witnesses were bribed etc...
Silly and ridiculous back peddling.
Oh and for the gentleman that wants to know if former employee got his snakes out of that sweet clutch ask Scott or former employee about the supposed snake that former employee was supposed to get but "died" mysteriously at Scotts and no body was ever presented as evidence of this death.

I did talk to scotts former employee today and found out what i thought, he got screwed out of some of his snakes from the pairing he did there were five in the clutch and he only got 2 out of the five and supposably one died out of the egg he was told. And Mike i did not come right out and say it because i wanted to hear if it was true before i said anything and i know there are other people on here that see him more than i do. unlike some I like to state the facts, I am told from the other party before actually coming out and saying it.
 
In Cindy's defense of him making Zoo Creatures swiss cheese, that is also true... Scott is a very angry and negative guy, has been ever since I have known him.. Always has a negative comment in just about everything you talk about to him...

Out of the 5 eggs of the "Sweet Clutch" J got 2; a Pastel Kingpin and a Spinner Blast.. CV claims the 5th died which was a Bumble Bee... In total 1 Pastel Kingpin 2 Spinner Blasts 2 Bumble Bees no need to go into sexes

That's true I was there when those eggs were hatching. Jay got his snakes, Scott got his. It was a breeding loan between the two of them. What possible bearing does that have on ANYTHING else?

Right because they didn't ask the right question. Jay came right out and said after the trial that they asked him on the stand whether Kevin offered him his pick of two animals in exchange for his testimony, he said no. Because it wasn't Kevin who offered him the animals, though he was in the room, it was another employee at NERD. Also, Jay had sold NERD some carpet pythons a few weeks ago (they were on Kevin's table at the Manchester expo) which he's now gotten back..... Hmmmmmmm
