I am basically in SHOCK!!!! The amount of FAIRYATAILISM ( Well, not exactly a word but it would apply here! ) is AMAZING!!!
There is ONE story line here. The truth. If you think 9/11 was an inside job then don't waste your precious time reading my dribble and go back to your third grade studies.
Scott told a guy named Josh(not his ex employee) that if he ever gets any cool Ball Pythons he would be interested in them. This guy Josh knew very little about ball python mutations and asked him what ones. Scott told him a few names...one of them being KillerBee... he retained this mutation name. His girlfriend Ashley worked at my store. Josh would hang around my place and I did not have any feeling that he would steal snakes. I was wrong. When opportunity knocked he took it. He scoped out a "KillerBee" on one of our NERD tours... just so happens it was an Axanthic Killer Bee!!!
He steals it. He leaves my place with his girlfriend and goes DIRECTLY to Scott's store. He knew EXACTLY where he was going to to sell it. SHows it to Scott and Scott says yeah, I will buy it..... tells him it is worth $1K... and will give him $500.00 cash for it... He leaves and goes to an ATM and comes back with only $400... the purchase price.
This guy Josh had no idea what he was even looking at..... he magically turns up with a healthy snake that was already eating rats and tries to sell it to Scott.
STOP, can you honestly believe that someone would show up with a FREAK ball python, not know anything about it and let Scott dictate the worth and sale price.... Where did the snake come from, why does he have it, how could he have such a snake, he does not even know ANYTHING about ball pythons. Lots of things to consider if you actually believe Scott was the innocent one here.
He buys the snake....Weeee......... I just an Axanthic Killer Bee!!!!!! I am so excited..... it is obvious on my 24/7 video I record in my shop..... lots of shots of me smiling....
The video that Scott revealed was cut into three different length segments... in one section 7 minutes was magically missing....
Why was this video in three different segments.... ??
Because he did not want the part where he says he would rather kill the snake than return it to me on it...he did not want his excitement to be viewed after he got the snake.... he did not want all of his smiling to be viewed.
Jason Scott's employee ( at the time) was there and witnessed the event. He knows the reality. THe night Scott got the snake he was on NERD's website viewing the Axanthic Killer Bee page and "plotting" his breeding strategy with his new snake... Scott was EXCITED to say the least and had a nice opportunity to stick it to me.
Scott and his attorney were the ones to offer Jason's name on the Court Dockett....
At the last minute Scott' attorney decided not to subpeona Jason. The assistant DA decided to pull Jason in and see what he knew.
Jason as I could see was rather torn in this situation..... He wanted to protect Scott if he could but also did not want to lie. He chose to tell the truth.
Scott knew what the snake was, where it came from he told several people he would rather "kill it than give it back to me"..... he was HAPPY!!!
Let's set the record STRAIGHT..... THere has been NO BRIBERY, no money offered, no snakes offered...nothing...in fact this entire thing has been quite hard on several people and it basically all STINKS!
Jason has been given NOTHING! Well, lots of grief, torture and FRUSTRATION among other things.
NERD hired Jason, quite simple. Jason LOVES snakes, he has a good work ethic.....and something even more REMARKABLE..... HE IS HONEST!!!!!!!!!!!!
I like the guy, simple, I think he would be great working for NERD...so I hire him. He is now working his SECOND week for me. I also bought some carpet pythons from him some time ago...he was desperate to sell them so NERD bought some.....no big deal. Nothing unique there.
If Scott is so INNOCENT and NICE then why did Jason goto the police and the the DA concerning Scott's INSISTANT DEMANDS to say that he was BRIBED and that he LIED during the trial? He was driving Jason nuts by pleading and demanding that he tell them that his testimoney was a lie and Jason needed to "fix it" so he would not goto Jail.
Jason told him then he should not have done it. Scott's dad even blamed Jason and said I can't believe you did this to my son. Jason in my opinion did NOTHING to Scott but try to protect him for a time....
Eventually Jason saw Scott's ways, he defected from Scott....
At this point, why are there so many people that have had fallings out with Scott if he is such a great and honest guy?
Anyone ever talk to his ex partners? Shane, Dan?
As far as trying to make Cindy look bad.... "Fired".....
If you really want to look under the soiled sheets to all of this stuff you are not going to be helping Scott one bit.... there are MANY things under those sheets....
Cindy is as STRAIGHT UP AS YOU GET...... she witnessed the entire trial and I view her as a very decent honest person without negatives... she is also quite good at keeping and breeding her well kept animals.
I have no reason to lie, I do get rather annoyed to see people claiming that Jason or ANYONE was bribed for ANYTHING.... None of my employees bribed anyone, nor their mothers, their fathers, their children, their ball pythons, bearded Dragons....crickets..
NO ONE WAS BRIBED. Scott is only making all of this worse by getting his underlings on here. He spins his fairy tails and gets people to believe his Boo Hoos.....
Yep, everyone involved was wrong, dishonest and bribed. Scott is a Saint.... well not quite, he does not donate money to help us fight for reptile rights......
He does like money...... I happen to like snakes and ANIMALS!
Only one truth....... if you don't believe any of this I relaly hope Santa gets you that winning lottery ticket that Obama promised you!@
