    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

That is Jason, Scott's exemployee............ You can see he is just a tad bit upset!

Actually, Jason is a real nice guy. I have not spoken to him since I have been away for a week and don't know the latest!

I would guess that is him venting...... he has been basically tortured by Scott and as I understand it members of his family(Scott's). He is being blamed for the one that took Scott down, I don't quite see it that way. There is a lot of history here and Jason is/was friendly with members of his tribe.

Jason is angry and has every possible reason to be, without trying to explain it all.... I think if and when he post he needs to do it when he is not angry and think through his post so he is understood.

Scott was a highly insecure person before this trial. He harbored resentment towards Kevin for many,many years. He groomed whomever worked for him to "hate Kevin" Heck,he even taught his young boy to hate Kevin. Jason,do you remember the calendar in his office with pictures of breeders and all the derogatory comments his boy wrote on it about Kevin? How sad to teach hate and bitterness especially to the innocent not involved.
Jason has been a victim of a pathological liar. There is a large circle of people who have been victims but Jason has very fresh open wounds and because he is such a good guy who took his friendship and loyalty so seriously he is in shock and yes,angry beyond description. Betrayal will do that to a person because Jason was the one who was betrayed here.
When backed into a corner Scott will lie constantly to get his way and will do so with no respect for the feelings and rights of others. His goal is to get his own way.He finds solace in confiding to whomever is in their favor at the moment and this is why he tells everyone who will listen about the trial so that he can spin his web of lies rebutting the truth! You will notice that he has not gotten on this forum to try and dispute the truth but his daddy has.

I bought my male pin from you when Scott was going to white plains in april. I said nothing against you but when you post like that it erks me. How's your kingpin? As you can see Jason posted at 3 in the morning, usually not at his best at that time... He is aggravated that people automatically make assumptions of what really happened... Jason told the truth and yes it was not good for Scott for the truth to be told... He spent many weeks months before the trial listening to Scott of what to say on the stand and it really bothered him that it was not the truth....
People...What would you do? Isnt that what your supposed to do? Is to tell the truth when on the stand? If Jason got on the stand and lied he would have been charged with crime of higher punishment then what Scott was charged with...
Jason is honest and good a person, he would give the shirt off his back and the last dollar in his pocket if you needed it.. Unfortunately people take advantage of that...
Jason went to work for NERD because he loves working with reptiles and I think it was a plus for both parties for Jason to work at NERD

Well said Jon. Im sure Jason was talking about greg grant of radiant dragons not you Kelly. Respect begets respect. Here you have this guy who is trying to chime in on something he knows NOTHING about except the web of lies Scott will tell anyone who will listen to make himself look better which Greg obviously believes. I really liked when Greg alluded that I stole the lace. HA!!!! I want to thank him for that,it really tickled my funny bone! HA LOL!
Jason worked like one of those ants who is captured in the pupal stage and forced to work for another ant. Ya know a slave. Why? Because he thought they were friends,buddies,comrades,partners etc.. When Scott claimed he was unable to pay him much for Jason building his brand new house and taking care of the snakes rats babysitting kids etc..Jason believed him. His loyalty as a worker/friend believed this crock of crap BUT as soon as Scotts neck got in a noose Scott turned on him as did the rest of his family forgetting the years of hard work jason did for them that helped keep Scotts business moving forward not just maintain it but move it forward. AS I mentioned using his skills to build Scott and his family a large brand new house while SCotts other one went into foreclosure. Thanks to Jason they will have a place to sleep in luxury and their pockets will still be lined with the cash they saved by hiring Jason for peanuts.
Yea,Jasons pissed,frustrated,feels betrayed and humiliated.With each untruth and accusation that Jason did anything but tell the truth on the stand he is like a pepsi bottle thats keeps having mentos put in it plink...plink....plink so he exploded on the forum. I don't condone violence in any shape or form but sometimes, just sometimes I understand the cause behind it...plink!

Well, My Hats off to Kevin for handling such an extremely unethical and criminal situation with extreme professionalism. Loosing a project due to theft makes all of us feel vulnerable and violated. Kevin may have set a precedent with case law for fellow hobbyists to reference, if a similar situation may occur. In an ideal world, we would not have any such occurrences, but unfortunately it does happen. Thanks Kevin for standing up for you right to protect your property and create new case law, even though at your temporary loss, which will protect and show our hobby does have tangible value.

I know you corrected yourself.... Just to be clear "Jason" also known in this forum as Scott's former employee who works for NERD now is not the Jason Rogoff that originally stole the snake.
So yes it is time to hand out the Halo to Jason for not kicking asses of the people involved here who have no idea what really happened for slander and deffimation of character...
And yes even though Jason has colorful words to say sometimes, I would deffinately hire him or go into business with him and wouldnt even think twice about it...
