    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Its easy to get the names mixed up. After the states lawyer presented his overwhelming evidence of Scotts guilt of knowing exactly what snake he had and wanting to "KILL it rather then send it back to NERDS" it left Scotts lawyer so flustered and agitated even he got the names mixed up a few times. With that said I know the importance of keeping the names straight.

It's probably only a three day ban. He'll have to accept responsibility for what he did and take his lumps. Then apologize when it's over, if he wishes.

For what it's worth....I, for one, don't believe he lied on the stand or was bribed to do anything wrong at all. And I'd be willing to bet the vast majority of people reading this thread would think the same thing.

Personally (and sorry for my orginal name screw up) I don't think Jason has anything to defend. People will believe what they want, and he can't change that.

However, his supporters have put out enough information on the topic of the events that transpired and across the board to different forums, etc..the story has remained the same, while the other party seems to have thrown out baseless accusations with no foundation (always a sign of a guilty party).

I think that if Jason jumps in, it would not resolve anything. He would be better off ignoring the thread (but that's only my opinion and I reserve the right to be wrong).;)
 
I don't think it would be a bad idea for him to come back and present a controlled response, since so far his only post SOUNDS like something one of the scumbags would say... just the cussing part. I know him and have talked to him MANY times, and that post doesn't sound like him at all. He's already denied the lying, but a more careful and measured response would be wise, IMO.

Gosh.. I wouldn't want to mess with this prosecutor in NH. Anson Wong only got 71 months in federal prison for international wildlife trafficking after UFWS spent five years gathering evidence against him. He was caught in a USFW sting in Mexico City International Airport and JANET RENO (former US attorney general) prosecuted him. Sh#t!@#!@# I better give back all the animals I borrowed from Satan over the past two decades! Kevin you can have your pastel and ghost ball back. They're about 15 years old now:)
