    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Damian Macioce Selling TSE Hets -- You Decide

I agree Damian, and with Wes, who basically said the same thing as you. That is why I brought this aspect up. Once the animals have been re-sold and the chain broken then you should not be held responsible for anything.

And another thing that popped into my head was this. I sure hope you have pics of the TSE hets for ID purposes. I mean how hard would it be for the person you sold them to to lie and say they still have the snakes when they actually already resold them?
 
Well Wes as I have said before in this thread I dont keep records that well but if the person shows me pics of the snakes I sold I hope the name will ring a bell. And as far as Im not as good a guy as Im trying to put on here and get ready for this its going to sound bad for the simple fact Im tired of repeating myself I really dont care what you personally think whether you think Im a decent person or not I know I have done nothing willingly wrong and as stated NUMEROUS times if the person I sold or traded those animals to comes forth the situation will be taken care off. I have tried to go back in the ad archives to find where I posted the ad Ive looked thru all my shipping papers I have handy and cant find anything that stands out. Sammy yes I still have the pics of the 2 girls I sold on my photobucket page so I will know

I said you are not a bad guy, in fact are probably a good guy but NOT as good as you try to make yourself out to be.

I say that because YOU did NOTHING about this until it was brought up here. Had you been as good as you've tried to portray yourself, you would have handled this long before it was brought up here.

You're trying to show that you're the whole onion, so to speak, and I'm saying you're one or two layers shy of whole. Given that an onion has many many layers, it's a very fine distinction. Make of it what you will, I don't think you're a bad guy.

You could have done better though. Don't try to deny or hide it and you'll look better in the long run.

If I am not mistaken, late last year into this year, was the first year that people who bought some of the TSE het snakes were able to get the snakes to a size to breed them and get eggs this year. I think only a couple of people have hatched clutches so far and of course they didn't prove out. But that does not always mean a het isn't a het. It could take multiple clutches to finally prove a snake one way or the other. The problem is, TSE was probably smart enough to sell some real hets among the suspected fakes.

That's the only thing I have a problem with is that a lot of you come on here to pass judgment on me when you need to REALLY look at yourselves. What is lacking in your life for you to come on here and jump on the bandwagon and rape someones persona to make yourself whole. I'm just going to have to wait for this person to come forward until then have at it.

Look, Wes is just being Wes and JimO already said he could have worded it differently so please just step back and see that this is no longer a lynching or even the start of one.

You have been on here, haven't shied away from it and are doing what you can now. That is all anyone can ask. Let the little stuff go. People are reading and deciding for themselves as I did, in your favor.

As Sammy has stated and fear this too, that with this thread that the rats will come out of the woodwork to try to get something from you in this position. Personally, I wouldn't speak too much more on this, you have already said what you need to say, keep the pics to yourself and just move on.

Why you guys who put yourselves in less than envious positions always try to make it out to be the one pointing out the error of your ways to be the bad guy is beyond me.

YOU messed up, not me. YOU addressed it, with some help from others.

I figure enough said for now unless you'd like to continue. You may want to think twice or even three times before you do though. I'm not an onion, I'm just big ol ugly potatoe, no layers, just the same thing all the way through, one of the guys who got you to think.

You're either *still* trying to throw blame at anyone but yourself in an attempt to weasal out of culpability or you're so amoral that you don't see why you should be responsible for delivering the product you promised. Either way, you're a bad guy.
 
No Seamus, he's an onion. You know onions don't like to be by themselves. They're group vegies.

He just doesn't get it. Maybe he will when he cools off a bit and looks at this without the steam coming from his ears.

This has definitely been an interesting thread and fairly civil considering the ethical questions involved.

Oooohhh! I hope somebody isn't lying. I was of the opONION that he's an honest guy who made a mistake, but i think i'll save it for a later date.
 
So if I buy a car with a manufacturer's warranty,and resell it to a third party within the warranty period, and the manufacturer refuses to honor the warranty, then I'm responsible??

I'm not sure if I buy that.....

I don't know of any warranty that goes with the car when you sell it.

However, we are talking snakes here, not cars.
