• Responding to email notices you receive.
    **************************************************
In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy Dan Costello

Thanks again Amanda for the tip. This is what I can see thus far on FB. Let me make one minor correction (not that it really matters), Michael Costello is Daniel's father, not brother.

4 shots:
1. His father, Michael Costello
2. His brother, Joshua Seth
3. Friend of Daniel
4. Friend of Daniel

If that happens to be true, I suppose all's well that ends well. Heartless, I know.
I agree, good riddance.

I agree too.
I'm sure he put his family through a lot of heartache, so I feel sympathy for them. As far as he goes, I have zero sympathy for parasites that actively prey on others, especially for how long he did it (years). By the way, once this gets verified beyond FB, I guess there is no obvious need to go after Daniel, it may appear he pushed the negative KARMA button on himself.

I wholeheartedly agree that Karma came back to bite him in his rear.

While I feel sympathy for his family, his life is not worth mourning. As cold as it sounds, now he cannot scam anyone else.

I find it strange that there are no obituary notices whatsoever to be found for him. Nor ANYthing in the local paper. All we have thus far are FB posts.

If the guy passed on the 13th, surely there would be SOMETHING on record to be found....

Other than Facebook, that is. Has anyone seen anything else?

Yeah, it does seem a little odd. I've found other Philly-area obituaries from the 13th, but not Costello's. I still haven't found a single reference, outside of Fakebook. If it happened late at night, I suppose that could delay the notification a bit, though. :shrug01: If nothing shows up by Monday, it's definitely going to look really fishy.

If that's the case,we have a whole family of rabid animals.

Is it common over there for everyone to have an obit?
I guess I'm not really sure. I assume that there are notices for all reported deaths. If not an obituary, I'm thinking that there would likely at least be a local police log entry or something. There's just not a whole lot that happens on this side of the pond that isn't chronicled somewhere.

Yeah, sounds kind of suspicious to me too. I mean, what a perfect way for someone to really get the radars to stop looking for him.

Just out of curiosity I decided to do a scan to see if there was any online record of my mom's death that took place on January 11, 2015, and I did get a hit. -> http://www.legacy.com/obituaries/heraldtribune/obituary.aspx?pid=173844410

I do not believe anyone asked the newspaper to publish anything about this, so I'm guessing they get or find their own notices.

That appears to have been published 3 days after the actual death, so perhaps more time just needs to pass by before there is anything official to be found online. :shrug01:

In Monterey County (California) they publish the obits of everyone. Salinas Californian and Monterey Herald are our two papers and it's been like that for over 20 years.

If he did die from an over dose, they may delayed the obit to investigate if other parties were involved. One of my classmates died last month but his obit didn't appear in the paper until 3 days later And even though they didn't give the cause the death, I had a feeling it was some sort of substance overdose. This is just a guess as to why they haven't posted his death.

If that is the truth, then we see why Costello is scum. Why would you post about your own child dying to cover up his activity? If that's what they are doing, I hope karma comes around big time. I hope they are happy to be scums together.

Why would you post about your own child dying to cover up his activity?
It was admittedly unlikely, but I've seen enough over the years that I'm not particularly quick to discount even the most remote possibilities. Moot point, though, since Dennis found our confirmation.
