    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

This is true Dave, but now there is a pattern. There are enough reliable people who have confirmed the content of the e-mails that Justin was sent and Justin has no reason whatever to fabricate this over a small dollar deal. Further, Dan's silence is growing more deafening by the day, further confirming the story as presented. Whether those e-mails ever get posted there is no doubt in my mind that Justin has presented a fair version of the truth.

That all said, and I cannot speak for Rainer but I know that I would have tried to make it right. And if I had one very irascible customer I would try hard to maintain my "perfect" record. Had this thread been here already then I would have pointed to it and told Dan Felice where to go. Not knowing this I would perhaps have taken him at face value and tried to do right by him and would have had no reason to bring it to the BOI.

Rainer, I don't believe Dan cost you much of anything on the other threads. The posts focused more with shipping and then a debate on packaging, at least that is what I remember. In my opinion the issue with the post office cost you more than what Dan posted. I don't recall Dan starting either of threads. Am I missing another thread?

I read the other threads about Dan and have made up my own mind about what he posted on your thread. I believe if you keep to your word about the shipping you want have a problem with most here.

I just do not understand how Dan could have orchestrated all of it. It was another customer that brought it to the BOI.

This breeder shipped a snake to me USPS in an expressmail envelope (containing a tiny thin box barely large enough to contain the deli cup and a heat pack.) Apparently, another guy had an even worse shipping experience with this breeder and in his case there were unfortunate deaths (3 snakes.)

At this point, I must interject

Dan had not been "talking to her". I posted on the business forum because I was upset at how the snake was shipped to me from Rainer. I did not want to name names at that point, I just wanted advise and wanted to know if my feelings were justified. Several people posted there that not only was I justified to be upset at how the snake was shipped to me, but that I should post it on the BOI, which I did. Dan made a post on the business forum thread and that is the complete extent of any communication that I had with him. As soon as I discovered that there was something more to the transaction between he and Rainer than he stated in his (Dan's) post, I immediately appologized for even bringing up the complaints of Rainers other buyer because I DO NOT want to be dragged into the middle of it. I had a complaint with Rainer that had nothing to do with Dan, and Dan tried to manipulate me by making the statements he did (assuming that he was not being 100% honest when he made the post.) However, it did show me that there was a pattern with Rainer shipping USPS (which he never denied.) I am not trying to pick at old wounds, but I want to make it clear that there was NO direct communication between myself and Dan at any point in this time or universe regarding the matter that Rainer brought up. Dan simply became involved in the thread that I started because he stated that he had a similar complaint to mine, but worse.

The next post (2nd post) and you can see how people jumped on the bandwagon and facts got misrepresented. Bt the time I caught wind of the thread I had to try and explain and defend in 10 different directions and explanations that nothing came across to anyone.

How much did this piece of crap charge you for shipping? I read your other post and you need to give us more information about this guy if this is even his real name. What are his ID's and what websites does he sell on? Please give us his full name, mailing address and email address. Have you reported him to Kingsnake? I will bet that this is some young kid. He needs to be run out of business!

Whew, this one came out of nowhere....

When I finally got to read this tuff I had to defend and clear certain things up. Of course that would not be possible. Here is why:

1) Explain that I did not kill three snakes. I would have to explain the whole story about Dan just to clear that part. When I tried people attacked me for ducking the issue.

2) I never over charged for shipping. I don't know how this part even came into existence. I always charged $20-$25 for shipping. I was not making anything off that. Blows me away that people bought into this.

3) The packaging story was also something I had to defend. I have the best packaging in the business and anyone that does not understand that does not know jack about snakes. I even posted pics of my packaging. That angered even more of you when tried to explain that.

4) With all this defending I did not come out and apologize right away for using USPS. However, I did apologize. Then every page after that someone who did not read the entire thread wanted a personal apology to them. I wasn't going to do that and some more people ran with it. This fact still passed over to this off topic thread by Dan Garcia. Only he apologized when before I never got an apology but a continued beating. How much was enough for you folks. Really over the top IMO.

Another thing people missed are the emails from Dan I posted there. My thread was a classic case of people jumping the gun and misrepresenting facts that would be nearly to impossible to explain when moist of it materialized out of thin air. Everything was so twisted up by the second page that when I said it was a witch hunt people went frothing at the mouth and not paying any attention to what I WROTE. I honestly could do nothing about the lynch mentality. That’s why I am very against a forum like this exists. Like I said I am only posting here so that people can see more into what happened.

Bottom line is I have been around a while. I know the streets and have witnessed first hand who mobs of people can rile themselves (unjustly) into lynching a person. It’s infectious. What happened in my case was a classic example of this only in cyberspace.



We have to be very judicial what we say on here before someone’s character is assassinated. Things are being handled well in Dan Felices case and most of you are being very responsible and careful. One has to be sure not to build a case on someone that was not an eyewitness. In Dans case we have several "eyewitnesses" that have seen his emails. Either way the proofs in da puddin. When those emails are posted you will all see for you and this thread should be over.

You should not have started a post with such loose info. Of course you wanted to distance yourself with Dans info. That was smart. But you also did the same thing when you lied about the amount of time it took the refund to get to you. hmmmm?

You stated that I did not send you a refund for three weeks and that is completely untrue. You had it in less than 4 business days. When I confronted you on this, you admitted to it but really did not make a apolgy for making another misrepresentation. Instead you chose to add that you could have gotten the snake cheaper somehwere else. WE ARE TALKING ABOUT A HYBRID FOR GODS SAKE. THEY ARE PRICED INDIVDUALLY ON HOW THEY LOOK. You also added more crap to your post which had nothing to do with shipping usps and you were ALSO mistaken about the shipping methods. Which you have no clue of. At this point your credibility became etremely suspect with me, if not non-existent.

And I never lied, there was a small mistake in the time frame, that is a far cry from a lie (it was not 4 days either Rainer, or are you lying now?) You repeatedly told me that you were going to send the partial refund (for the snakes you were not sending) but there was always an excuse for it not being sent, that is the reason for the confusion (on my part) over the time frame. The whole point of the thread was shipping method - not price. You choose to nitpick a particular sentence out of a whole post and you are the one who made a big deal when I said that I did not buy the snake discount (and I also explained that the ONLY reason I even brought that up was to establish that I had NO idea that you would ship the snake the cheapest shipping method possible, all of $13 and some change.) If I had bought a snake for $50 shipped then someone could say that there was something fishy going on, and I should have suspected something, but that was not the case.

The current thread is not about me or you, it is about Dan. Since I have no connection to Dan, then I would appreciate it if you kept my name out of it.

Charlene is misrepresenting the facts as she did before. I never sent a snake in an envelope, I the snake is in a deli cup -The cup is placed in a box- The box is in a large envelope.

from unwarranted, personal attacks that Rainer has made to fog the issue. The pics in the link you posted are NOT pics of the package that you sent to me. The thread contains all of the details and all of the facts from my end of the deal. I described the small VCR sized box that had a deli cup crammed inside of it inside of a standard USPS airmail envelope. They can read the link for themselves - nowhere did I misrepresent anything.

*note: I have had no problems with anyone else that I have purchased from and the only time I have posted on the BOI, besides that time and this time, was for "good guy" posts. I had no intention on bringing up the situation again, because I don't want to rub someone's face in their past mistakes. I have been nothing but civil to Rainer, so I don't know why he insists on dragging his own name through the mud again just to dig at me???? But if I don't say something, someone may take it to mean that he is right about being the victim here (maybe he was with Dan, I don't know, but not in the situation when he shipped me a snake.)

As Jim said...lets keep this thread about Dan Felice. You showed a connection with the emails you posted regarding Dan. I've learned through the emails I've read privately and posted here that Dan is a coward, a criminal, and a poor choice for a friend...after leaving one out to dry. Perhaps thats what the detective realized....that had he charged Dan, and by understanding Dan's ways and mannerism, prison would be a death sentence.

Is anyone suprised that Felice is a no-show??? That is certainly not "out of character" for him, considering his track record. Just look at his thread regarding the crosses he sold as Texas Indigos. Oh, and for the record, the cops in Dan's home town can't stand him. Hey Felice, how many times did you charge 35-45 bucks for shipping and then sent snakes USPS???
