She had (and has) every opportunity to support her "more than meets the eye" statement, as neither she nor Danny is under any restrictions based on police advice.

That is exactly what I have summoned Lucille to do. Acknowledge her mistake to erase the doubt she cast. What is your most recent agenda here? Please don't mistake me for someone who came here to entertain you or your buddies and don't mistake me for someone who worries about "those who had expressed viewpoints differently from yours". I am no stranger to defending myself against creeps who flip-flop and thwart the exposure of bad guys if it suits their agenda. No, that's not the one Dan wrote claiming to be a police officer to scam someone. Stay focused. If I sent a nasty e-mail to anyone who didn't agree with me verbatim, why didn't you get one? Your "theory" is failed, along with your assassination attempt. Thacker got one because he attacked me on KS with ZERO provocation. I submitted posts of Felice's quotes, Thacker assaulted me publicly with slanderous accusations. Thus, the e-mail he warranted. I thought it quite poetic. So you can say that my e-mail reflects a venomous comment made to someone who attacked me unprovoked on KS with no less venom than he got back. So in the words of Jack Nicholson; "Your goddamn right I ordered the code red"!

So your attempt to link the reason I wrote Thacker a nasty e-mail, which happened before my initial post here, to the fact that he doesn't agree with me here is a desperate and deceptive maneuver on your part. A very Felice-like tactic. Hope it was worth it. So what say you about all those quotes regarding Lucille that you wrote? I don't have a "stand" on Felice. I hardly know anything about him. All I know is that there is a lot of controversy surrounding the guy. I wouldn't do business with someone like that, so beyond that I don't really care.

Apparently you have some sort of belief system that dictates that anyone who doesn't support you must be against you. Or in this case, anyone who doesn't agree with your methods must support Dan. That's a pretty ignorant perspective.

I posted to tell everyone (but especially you) to keep it on topic and you gave me negative feedback for posting as a mod (and said in your comments that I was supporting Dan. ) However, if you continue using this topic to try to argue with everyone about all kinds of things other than Dan Felice, then you're going to start racking up warning points for posting off topic.

My intent is not to continue this thread on the tangent it has taken since post #174, addressed from you Chris to Lucille. If that is all that I accomplish, then I can only hope to be a wiser man next time.
As with Dr. Owens, and speaking for many others who have requested that you cool your jets a little of late Chris, I do not condone the actions of Dan Felice, and find them repugnant. I also feel that long before post #174, this thread stood as a monument to his poor character and business ethics, and had very well served one purpose of the BOI, which is to warn people whom not to do business with.
While many disagree with your opinions here Chris, I don't think any of us think that you are a "bad guy". Dan F. is the bad guy. And BTW, IMO the only bad guy (or girl) in this thread.
There is a quote of mine from before post #174, which you have used in several posts since then, which I think has been taken grossly out of context.

If I recall correctly, it not only praised you for information that you had come forward with early in the thread, but also recognized that you took some heat for it, and I believe that I also gave you positive feedback points in conjunction with my praise.
Since then, beginning with your comments to Lucille in post #174, the message is quite different, and reflects the exclusive opinions of the messenger. In all posts since then they are inseparable, ie the "messenger and the message" are one in the same. I applauded you before for the statement of objective facts. Since then there isn't much objectivity, and loads of subjectivity. For those who are not caught up on this mess, and need a refresher, I would suggest reading the first paragraph of post #174. You too Chris. I am sure that you thought it fair, but I think it accurate to say that many here disagreed, and felt it off-topic and out-of-line. So be it, we disagree.
Let his thread stay about Dan, and the continuing good or bad experiences others may have with him. Start a thread in the General BS Forum about "Lucille's inherent responsibilities" etc, or my arrogance, etc. The last 40 posts here have detracted from where we left off in post #173, namely:

Please take a deep breath before you reply. Another point-by-point cut-and-paste is likely not going to make you any friends, or influence people, and may have the effect of not only losing the battle, but losing the war as well.
