Now you are accusing me of being untruthful? The e-mail telling why I got fined conveniently arrived TODAY while I was at work. Therefore I didn't have a clue why I was suspended pending a fine. As far as the Karma point, whatever, I gave you that because I thought, and still think you are wrong and thought you gave me a shot on Lucille's behalf. If I was wrong, I apologize, but judging from your behavior here, it isn't unreasonable for me to feel that way.

I only posted in response to the posts directed at me, which were "off topic". Please explain how you come to rationalize that I am the one posting off topic. Why has no one else been warned for this? If you can read this thread, the posts directed at me from others, and finally your posts directed at me, and not understand my point of view regarding my suspicion of your bias against me, then perhaps your dislike for me is subconscious. Forgive me if I think your anger is clouding your judgement. But not for your actions....

having just found out how far out of hand this thread has become, i feel compelled to say a couple things. i have not read thru thisthread & don't intend to but i've seen enough of it. first off, i apologize to justin as i made an error in judgement in thinking he had ripped me off. at the time, i was under the impression he was a different justin, whom i didn't entirely trust but i wanted that bullsnake so i rolled the dice. i later did receive my money back & now know that he never received it. i probably mis-addressed it, i'm not sure what happened. i'm going to try to post a pic of the priority envelope i had sent & hopefully it'll show up. the date stamp is shown a little fuzzy but you can see it. secondly, i never intended to play myself off as a cop to him. that's ridiculous but i can see how it looked. that line was supposed to read, 'AND i'm a cop' meaning i did not believe him. in my haste & anger trying to recover my funds which i thought were a-goner , i was typing & re-typing so furiously, i sent them w/out checking them first. it was a bad edit & i was horrified later when i saw what i had actually sent & appeared to be saying. still, it's no excuse. i way overreacted w/out checking on some facts first. again, i apologize to justin, he didn't deserve my shoddy treatment of him. i am not a 'bad guy'! far from it actually. i'm a good guy who made a bad error in judgement in this case, that's all. just in case my pic doesn't show, i will email it to any responsible reader to post here. sincerely........dan felice

I believe that I could go back and parse statements from emails by you posted by others, demanding further explanations, etc, or using certain passages in attempts to beat you over the head. IMO, that would be a horrific waste of time. Your explanation stands here to be weighed against earlier statements by others. Would have been nice to see you here about 200 posts ago, not just to save on a lot of hot air, but better to provide a timely response and mea culpa to the allegations then leveled against you. Better late than never, though. Reading through your note, and grimacing a bit here and there, it is still refreshing to see "hey, I screwed up".

My 1st email to you was very professional and intended on getting to the bottom of whatever... whether you felt I was someone else or not NO-ONE deserves that kind of treatment. I did not cuss or threaten you in any way I was trying to be helpful and in return you repaid me with threats ,accusations etc...
Another thing Dan that blows your argument out of the water is the fact I sent you multiple emails about you being a cop and all between those two emails you posted... for example I sent these two email to you.

I agree completely. If he had just apologized sincerely, and left at that, then there could have been some that would have changed their view. Now, not only does it tarnish the apology given, but reinforces the original assessment of this thread.

This thread made an interesting turn. Dan, I have had the privilege of getting to know Justin, all this could have easily been handled with a phone call. He is a nice guy and willing to work things out if a problem does arise. Reading your e-mails you went far beyond politeness and straight into being down right rude. Whether this was a simple mistake of mixed identities on your part, or just a fake apology, it is hard to tell by the words you wrote.

You obviously didn't feel this way before now and those e-mails were no "error" Felice. You found a new way to scam money by extortion while pretending to be a cop and got busted (no pun intended). You are plain and simply a BAD GUY! Was crossing an Eastern Indigo with a Unicolor Cribo and selling the offspring as Texans just an "error in judgement"? Is marketing your Unis as pure on KS after your own testimony reveals that the people you got your breeding stock from "didn't know what they had let alone where they came from" just an "error in judgement"? Another dodged bullet....

I can't help but to wonder why Rainer (Bluerosy) never recieved the the apology he clearly deserved and why that OBVIOUS scam was swept under the rug. After reading the e-mails to Rainer on pg.23 of this thread, I can't see how anyone could ever do business with a scam artist like Felice again. Perhaps "artist" is a poor choice of words, but practice makes perfect, right Dannio? Dante's treatment of Rainer is inexcusable, period and should also be addressed by Felice if he is sincere(lol) about redeeming himself.
