You were shipped a dead coral snake (stinking, disesed) for snakes traded?

You shipped your snakes correctly to serpentboy's address in trade the FIRST time?

You shipped the dead coral snake incorrectly to serpentboy's address the SECOND time?

What's the problem? Did serpentboy move?

If people were to call you, you'd explain to them the facts. We are all speaking English. We hear English. We speak it. We READ it. What could be said on the phone that is so different than here?

Please, I have respectfully requested that people please refrain from making any comments and remarks about individuals that have nothing to do with this matter. And please do not continue this thread as your only contributing to his cause.

I understand the frustration readers would have with reading this story with no clear determination, but I've already informed readers that I did not enter this thread with a briefcase standing by with a ton of evidence.

Again, I ask that you please be patient and the evidence and testimony will be provided on another thread.

And Jason, in short, Serpentboy provided an address he said was his grandmothers to ship the snakes, and provided another address that he said was to some mailbox or something?

I sent the dead snake back to the address he knew I would send the dead snake. In either case and regardless, he asked me to send the snake to an address which was not his home address. After I sent the dead snake, he emailed to ask if I had sent the snake. And when I replied yes, he then emailed that it was the wrong address and it would not be accepted there. When it was returned to me and he was notified, he did not ask for the snake again and I was not about to open up an envelope with a three week old dead snake in it. Someone is working hard to pull the emails of those transaction, so they will enlighten you ever more.

I thank those who called and explained how easy someone who does not know the facts and all the circumstances can jump to many conclusions. I will say that those who did call were immediately presented with the facts and the references who were contacted on the day this snake was delivered dead. And the callers were satisfied that not only was Serpentboy guilty of several things I mentioned in this forum, he has lied to his peers on this forum. And some have insisted that he owes me a pair of hognose snakes, however I never actually wanted them in the first place and I already made that clear.

Again, if your very interested and feel urged to make a post, I please ask for you to refrain from doing so and either call me or wait a few weeks.

A friend of Serpentboys has telephoned and spoken to me and has agreed to go over to his house and be a third party to a conversation between the three of us to discuss the matter.

I am awaiting that call.

Dan was PAID for the snakes Mike recieved, noone actually believes Mike sent a dead snake...so why is this continuing? It's obvious Dan is either planning some theatrical event or he's completely full of it.
Before Dan ever even flung these ridiculous accusations of dead snake,crying conversations,etc (which,by the way sounds more and more tabloid everyday) he should have had VIABLE proof presentable to his peers. Thus far NOTHING,NOTHING has been shown to prove anything other than he is certainly someone I would not want to be involved with ever.
How bout we all just have a good giggle,and carry on until/IF he ever decides to post his "wonder proof",many months later....

Can we hear from a caller?

Dan continues to refer to "those that have called him" and recieved what he deems to be credible evidence/witnesses. I would like to hear from one of these callers and get their opinon regarding whether or not this evidence is solid. I'm not asking for specific information, I only want a "yes" or "no" answer as to whether or not they believe Dan after speaking with him. Would any of these callers care to post on this? Thanks.

1 the picture that Ben took would be nice to see. But somehow I doubt that we would see it..... Because as you said it was decomposing rotten disease infested. I bet the picture Ben took is only of a dead snake.

2 an explanation of why you found it necessarry to chop the head off the DEAD snake before you shipped it back would be nice.

Your posts seem so intelligent but apparently you are not as any 10 year old can post a pic on line. Again your witness Ben can only say that it was dead but you claim it was stinking and rotting...sorta like your story right? Personally I don't necessairly think serpentboy is innocent in all this drama but you show zero credibility either way.

Good luck and I'm looking forward to you evidence so make sure you let everyone know when your experts can release the facts.

Well threads,like so many others has gone to pot.

I have no clue who Serpentboy is,but I do know Dan.He got out of turtles a couple of years ago,and I bought them.I have seen his collection.Inspiring to say the least.

Considering there are few facts,here's an opinion.

Dan has a thing for hots.He has possibly the best collection I've seen.And he likes to deal.

If Mr.Serpentboy sent a dead snake to Dan,escecially a hard to get hot,and was promised something in return for the mess,I dont think Dan can let it slide,simply by his nature.He's a career military guy.Gives the word assertion a new meaning.

S-Boy,your life would be so much easier if you just gave Dan the Hogs you promised.If you can't deliver them,say so.This thread has gone so off topic,it hurts to read.

T-Pimp, Mike has clearly stated that he doesn't owe Dan any Hogs. He has stated that he won't deliver them. As far as this thread being so far off topic that it is hurting you to read it, I would suspect that the whole BOI keeps you in a lot of pain.

If Dan thought it important enough to post this thread,I could see your point.He didn't.

It's one thing to see a "I sent this jagoff my money for this snake and he is gone"or "my Corns arrived dead,and they wont refund my green"

But it's not,it's two people in a pissing contest about something that was promised months ago_Or was it?It is a personal issue between two people that at one time had trust,but now have trust issues.

So why is it here?It would seem the overlying idea is that Dan is emailing the boy serpent about a pair of hogs he has no intention of giving up,but sounded good after a snake either died in shipping or was shipped dead.They made a deal for the Boyserpent to give up some snakes and cash for the mess.

If someone is bothering you with emails,phonecalls,or even a mean penstroke,do you put him on BOI?

Or do you contact his ISP,the phone company,or the post office?

Obviously Dan has no way to prove that Boyserpent owes him the snakes,but he didn't come here to get them either.He was called out on a private manner.

I agree with many of your points. I have never met either of these gentlemen, and have no stake in this matter. However...
I think that Dan has done much of the damage to himself. If I recall correctly, Mike posted originally stating that Dan was really after him for some snakes that he didn't owe. He told us himself about Dan saying that the snake arrived dead, and stated that he went ahead and paid Dan for the snake. He admitted to using poor shipping practices, and gave us his word that it wouldn't happen again.

Then... Here comes Dan with an entire unit of "Marine Corps Intelligience Specialists" (my phrasing) behind him, promising to show and tell everything. If we are reading the same thread, I have seen nothing yet. Dan did come out with a few things like "I stated" (his phrasing) as to what Mike had said. Mike has come back and denied that he sent a dead snake. He paid Dan for the snake anyway. (Dan hasn't denied that) Dan has repeatedly told us that the "proof is coming", I am beginning to doubt it. From the posts I am reading, it looks like just about the whole board agrees with me. True, This is a deal gone bad, and really just between two people, What I LOVE about this board is that everyone can put in an opinion. I have been involved in a deal gone bad, posted it on here with e-mails and pics, and still had some people defend the culprit. That is the way it is. I wouldn't want it any other way. On a bynote, I would like to see both of these persons collections. I have read a number of Mikes ads on KS and he appears to have a lot of nice animals. It looks like Dan does too.

I was wondering yesterday about this myself. The recent Kevin Smith fiasco, a dramatic sequence events involving one lowly, pathetic, loser, has preoccupied a great deal of my personal interest. Nevertheless I haven't forgotten about this. The claims of Dan Scalaro haven't been substantiated, eventhough he has promised our forum readers the CIA, X-filed, truth. It's been 2 months now, Mr. Scalaro, and the Forum finds you in contempt. The thread is awarded to the Plantiff, Serpentboy. So be it.

Please be patient as continuation of this thread unjustifiably implicates individuals that had nothing at all to do with the transaction, and I hope you can understand that it only contributes to SERPENTBOYS goals.

Authorities have not completed their inquiries nor monitoring in this matter, and they have strongly recommended that I do not provide further information even under a different post at this point until they are completed with their work. And consumer protection information will be provided also.

To that note, several dozens of people have taken the initiative to contact me and their specualtion has been satisfied.

I will not provide further comment at this point under this post.

Wow are they pullin OT for you...? I have talked to sevral ppl that has contacted you outside this thread... And of course you still did not have one lick of anything close to proof.. I even listened to one phone conversation that you an a customer of mine had..... Man you are really LOW... I wish all these readers could hear you on that tape..... So here we all are again awaiting some sort of proof.... :rolleyes: ... & to no suprise you still cant provide it.... Even if you did somehow come up with some proof which you cant....
