But in retrospect, why don't you somehow explain to me or show me a dealer who would give you your cash back on the entire deal when you reported the snakes arrived healthy and were happy with them? I tried to rationalize with you on the phone and tried to jump in to ask you kindly 2 times to stop using the F bomb and all you did was curse and yell and it was 2 AM and my kids awoke from your phone call so how did you really expect me to react?

dan, because i told you. I was excited too see them, i had worked hard for the money i used too buy them. MY frustration was the lack of support. I just spent $225.00 I didn't feel I should have spent more money on two more snakes. you are right that was disrespectful and out of line for me to curse on the phone. and i do apologize i didn't relize the time difference from az to florida.....
I couldnt help but feel frustraited.
All I wanted was a refund. or some sort of swapping out of animals... just something too work with, that didn't involve me spending more of my money??????

Heck, I sometimes think no one more than me knows what can become of a disappointment when it comes to mail order snakes. The first few I made several years ago were disasters and received dead/dying stuff and the sellers never answered emails and vowed to never be that way. But even so, you cannot satisfy people all the time. On that boa bit, I gave some fellow back more than he paid for a snake and it ended up to be some federal case with these board of idiots who have nothing better than to do than find something wrong with someone when they should be looking at themselves in the mirror at how ugly a person they are. I even refused to accept a coral snake at the airport and they threw it aside to die and I tracked it down and tried to save its life and the seller gave me the finger despite it was flat as a pancake when it arrived.

Well I will send you a pair of viper boas for free since you apologized. Please just give me a week or two to get them and feed them and check them out.
