i have received more emails from dan, and am currently on the phone with al (and his wife judy in the background). he is explaining the situation. i am getting an interesting story, and al is a very nice person for sure. he is quite adamant about the quality of his snakes being top notch (the other pair of costa ricans that have been in question) and says that his dealings with dan were good.

according to al, he believes that the IBD scare is just that, as his opinion is that if IBD (IBT in his words),

Just because the animals Look healthy dosnt mean anything. They can still be carriers for the disease, which is pretty widespread information, and available on just about any google search.

Sorry, but i wont be taking this guys word for it. Unless those animals are tested as well, theres no way he can say with any certainty that they are Free of this disease.

Think of it as snake aids. HIV can remain in a persons system for a long time before actually developing into full blown aids. About the same concept here.

I got you another wild caught free emerald tree boa and you wanted to pay for another one, so I shipped two back to you for the price on one and again told you not to feed heavy rat pups indicating the other was fresh and check for mites and even went to the extent to send you some mite stuff.

Again bro, what do you want me to do? I asked you to not pay me any money and wait and you send money. You are a nice guy, but please listen once and a while.

The other puked and I told you to stop that. You told me that you were going to do what you wanted on your end and was going to disregard my advice.

I also told you not to take the snakes to any vet and ship them back. You said no thanks and continued on and I never heard from you again.

That's happened to every seller at least once I imagine. Am I right guys? Certainly every seller had at least one customer call them at 3am for the sole purpose of announcing they sell pot and that there is big bucks in cultivating it.

But, comparing the pictures of the 2 snakes from post number #205 IMHO the first set not the first pic but the few after thats a different snake if you notice the the really light coloring in the markings towards the end. Both other snakes have the marking more of a darker solid color. But Thats just my opinion. But to the eyes the one you posted do look healthy.
