And I was selling reptiles before you were born, and will be selling them the next 20 years or more regardless of how much you cry over it. Remember, thousands of sales and not a single legitimate complaint. Your complaint was bogus. You were offered a free replacement if the other passed but instead of accepting the offer above the terms, you harassed for more and got what you deserve - squat.

Next time someone with experience tells you 10 times or more to not force feed a snail eating skink some pinks, you better listen instead of responding that you know it all.

And it was your ignorance of advice that killed the skink and your father's threats to get more than what you were entitled to on the terms of the sale that got you what you deserve. Like father, like son.

With your short-sighted views, I agree, do not purchase skinks from me and force feed them pinks and make them puke and die as I feel very sad that he killed that poor animal. And perhaps a tad of my motivation to not give him another after his and his father's threats and such is that the kid needs to listen and learn a lesson - something his dear old dad would not even do for him. And that is the meat of the story.

And re-read the thread and read my generous offer of a free skink which is ABOVE and BEYOND the terms of sale which was live arrival. The kid threatened for something more that I did not even have or could obtain, and I asked him nicely 10 times to stop harassing me, and he threatened me and then got the boot. No seller/buyer should be threatened - EVER.

I kept to the terms of live arrival, so sue me.

And when you are old enough to manage your pimples, then we can deal as kiddy deals are done for as an adult would have at least considered the advice to not ram food down it especially when the kid reported it was indeed eating on its own.

And I got a dime to bet that if you indeed had money, and I had in stock what you needed, you would jump right on the deal my friend. If you were idiotic to resist, then someone else buys it and you are later banging your head against the wall at a missed opportunity.

I LMAO when guys as DAN here think I'm going to bang my head in the wall for not buying thier animals. I hate to break the news to them but but atleast when I see how they treat others. I plain out don't even waste my time looking at their ads to start with anymore. Even if I seen Him at show I would avoid getting anything from him. I will not support guys of his nature in any way. It just seems crazy to me to even take any risk with someone like Dan here or any of the other scumbags that exist. When you can go buy animals off so many others who don't have such a shady history to them. I understand not all transactions always happen as you want them to. But how you handle then speaks loudly about your type of person that you are in my opinion. Repeatedly giving free animals out doesn't do it for me either. It's a major RED FLAG as I see it as something is wrong.

Jeff at JMG Reptile replaced a animal that he shipped to me. He sent me three or four to replace that one that died. He said that he wanted to, and that his dad even hand picked a viper for me. He paid for shipping and was really nice about it.

Dan I don't want to argue again with you about the skinks or IBD or anything, it's just ridiculous.

Maybe the kid was in the wrong.... I will admit I did not read the whole thread....that is why I did not comment on anything earlier than anything posted this month. And thus why I stated the above.

Read the part in bold. There are a whole lot of reputable breeders here that handle problems in a professional manner. You however seem to fly off the handle vs. just providing proof and stating your case in a professional manner.

Yes you had some animals that I was interested in... mainly the Sharp-nosed pit viper and Coral Cobra.... but I will not be buying them from you. Either I will find them elsewhere... Or I wont be getting them. Maybe I will pick them up from Randal’s show when I go.

Once again... its called Principals and Integrity...if you are unfamiliar with the terms... you can go to www.dictionary.com and look them up. In the last 2 months I have purchased (from reputable breeders) 6 Leos, 3 Beardies, 6 corns, 3 BP, 2 western hoggies, 1 speckled king. So I have some money...thanks for your concern though.

I have seen quite a few of your posts here... and all you do is shoot yourself in the foot. Especially with this one. Eventually you may realize that the reptile community is rather small in the grand scheme of things..... and eventually word will get around about how you deal with problems and with customers.

It’s a pretty safe bet... that because of how you handle yourself on here...you have prob lost more business than you have gained.

I have sold thousands of reptiles and had 2-4 nasty customers that made threats and never a single legitimate complaint. Do it or dig a hole and stick your head in it. Do you have thousands of sales and those statistics in your reptile sales or just a couple gecko purchases and a big mouth?

I'm proud of you, you're making progress. Everybody that has read any of your threads KNEW that there had to have been legitimate complaints, because so many of them feature replacement animals (or animals sent for free to make up for problems with others).

No, I've never received a single legitimate complaint. I had 2-4 bogus complaints from nasty buyers who tried to threaten and bully for more than my generous offerings beyond the terms of sale, but never any sale in thousands where I did not achieve customer satisfaction.
