You also mentioned that you had some supporting Emails to back up your claims. Those should be posted as well. Even though this is Dan Haney we are dealing with you still need to put up or shut up.

I tell you what Danny Boy, if you want to take a lie-detector test I WILL PAY FOR IT, but you have to answer a few extra questions for me.

Did you have IBD kill off your collection and did you continue to sell off whatever was left alive without any disclosure to the reptile community? Like an ethical breeder would do.

Did you knowingly send me an animal infected with IBD to try and minimize your losses.

If you prove your not lying about Tom's breeding loans and your IBD incident I will publicly apologize. If you don't pass you have to promise to pay me the $2500 you owe me and crawl back under your rock and never show your face in the Reptile community again.

You have nothing to lose if you're telling the truth, not even the $200 now, but we all know what you're going to do, lol.

I worked as a Veterinarian's Technician at Blue Cross animal hospital in NJ a couple years back. The vet used to do things for his family at no charge. Yet we still had to input information into the system and that would still print a report. Also any tests sent out would always come back with a results sheet saying what any and all results where from each test.

If this vet had to send out blood/tissue sample to receive results he still had to pay the 3rd party for there testing. So most likely in order to save himself some money he would send it out with other test's as a "package" deal. Same way as you would make a large order with rodent pro to save money on shipping. There's no way this Vet has NO paperwork.

Brock, i would be just as angry and ticked off about this guy sending me IBD. But at the same time i would be all for getting every bit of information/proof to post here to help toss the last bit of dirt on this guys business grave.

Dan is no stranger to accusing people of having IBD and not backing it up himself.
I ask here on the Haney thread instead of bringing another innocent person’s name up to the top of the BOI.

Daniel has, as he stated he would in another thread, emailed me a vet report. It's too large to post here (it was sent in .bmp format, and even in .jpg it's over 1 MB per page) but I'll email it to anyone who is interested.

Before I say anything, let me say that there has been no photo shown, and there is no way to verify whether the animal referenced in this report is indeed the animal received from Lynn Peterson. However, there are some discrepancies that I will address.

For the sake of this post, I will add the content of the documents from Dan, verbatim, with quotation marks as necessary.

In the first page of this thread, Daniel states:

Which leads me to ask why you attempted to feed a snake that had eaten only the day before?

The date of this vet report is November 15, 2004.

The veterinarian listed is in California. Did the snake eat, die and get shipped to California on the same day?

He left me a mess. that he would take the test anytime, funny he won't come on here and put it in print where it counts, I guess he already knows what the outcome of the test would be. I think Greg is right, Dan won't go away for good, he will be back with another name.

I don't think that there's much doubt that Dan is the bad guy here and everyone seems inclined to believe you.

but...

Why are completely ignoring everyone's questions here...can you get a report from your vet? Can you post the email that you said you would six months ago?

If not, will you at least tell everyone why you can't or are unwilling to?

Brock, Liz made a good point....why won't YOU put the proof in print? I'm sure there are a lot of people who would like to see your vet reports and emails as well. How 'bout it?
