    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Wow....It's amazing how stupid ppl are. I mean..come on, he must have got a real good deal if he's trying to sell it neways?

I really hate that your going to have to stress over this now because of idiots but Fireball I hope you get this straightened out because obviously you have enough proof and you can surely believe paypal will prob close his paypal account, if we are lucky.
 
I called paypal today to get an update as it has been exactly one week, they said it can take anywhere between 30-75 days before its resolved :shrug01:
 
I have a feeling that Paypal doesn't deal with claims on live animals. If it had been a toaster they probably would have settled it by now. It may take a bit of time, but I don't see how they couldn't rule in your favor Jeremy. Good luck!
 
I can honestly say PayPal doesn't pay Sh!t for these type of claims. I have placed two separate claims with PayPal when I was scammed and they didn't reimburse a things. Just received a lot of email lip service and worthless phone calls. I was one of those involved in the huge nationwide scam case against ............ holy cats! I forgot the name. Basically I was scammed out of almost two thousand dollars in what was high end ball pythons that turned out to be nothing but normals. Any way.
I would contact your bank the money was transferred from and see if there is recourse there.
 
regardless if it's alive or not, it's still a product, he's still a dealer and dealers are protected just as much as buyers. Plain and Simple. I'm sure paypal would hate for the reptile industry to stop using them if they are not going to protect us.
 
No offense meant Sonnie but PayPal probably wouldn't care if the reptile vendors /breeders stopped using their service. They will still make a lot of money. They have eBay and many many other, probably millions of retailers and buyers to take our places. So it's no skin of their backs so to speak.

Sorry to go off topic a bit and I do hope this situation is resolved. :)
 
He filed a claim with his credit card who contacted paypal, paypal relays the info to the credit card company whether it was delivered and if it was delivered to the "right" person. I hate dealing with middlemen.

I think he started another name to scam people with. It's DRW Reptiles he stole pics from craigslist and post them watch out for him
