Bad Guy Daniel7014 (Daniel Fries)

This is a bad dude,i have given this guy about a month now to ship me some mealworms,i posted up a trade ad looking for 2000 mealworms for 200 adult dubias or 400 mix dubias,Daniel he would trade but he wanted both the 200 +400 mix and:he said,his words:

"ill throw in say 5k of mealworms! I can also send you a starter colony thats about to explode with all sizes!"

i was like wow that's cool for sure,so i got 150 females and 50 males + an always over count from my son and the dubia mix.thinking yeah u know.my son would totally enjoy feeding his quails the worms so i told him that my son picked out alot of the nymphs and feed them to his quails as i was going through the dubia tots getting the rest of the mix,but not worry my son threw in alot of larger ones int here,
it was Wednesday and i told him i would ship them on Monday morning,USPS can delay sometimes i told him,but he was eager and said ship them its ok (red flag maybe) so i did i shipped them on wed June 6 2012 at 3:20 they arrived on fri june 8 2012 1:19 pm so he said he would ship them on Mon, week 1 i figured usps week 2 came along and nothing so i pm him no response and i kept p.m ing him nothing then he finally replied saying grandma was ill and was an emergency so i was like no prob u know he said that he would ship out Mon so i waited kept asking for tracking no response then a week nothing just recently he pm me saying i dont know whats going on USPS returned the package back to my house,
and i was like ummm ok sure so he said he would ship them back that was like a week ago.
what an @$$ i know they are just feeders but bad guy bad business right

ok so i just copied and pasted our conversation from the pms I dont know how to show the dates on copy and paste but i could take some snapshots of all inbox n outbox posts if that would be better for all to see.what bugs me is i checked his last time on here on his stats page and his last time on was ( Last Activity: 07-01-2012 09:11 PM)
i understand that happens but all u have to do is update me u know maybe his all his worms dyed i dont know other than that it doesn't take that long to go to the post office

you know what i have given u sufficient time to ship or even attempt to get back at me and update me on whats going on unfortunately its coming close to a month now on the 8th,that i sent u the dubias and i havent received the mealworms,pretty shitty man by far the worst experience on a trade that ive done.

This is the other pm that i sent on 6/27/2012,12:42 am which of course there was no reply to this one either.

{That cant be i say hello to my mail lady almost everyday.im home all day till evening when i go to work.either way they would have just put it in my mailbox.its been like tnat before.ok um just resend it back to the address

my 3 year old decided u would like bigger size roaches so he kinda feed alot of ur smaller nymphs to his quails,and decided to dump a lot of bigger sized ones in the box,u should have plenty of adults in no time,i hope u don't mind.thanks alot he should have plenty of fun feeding his quails the worms.let me know when they arrive,and thanks again

Daniel it would be nice if you would own up to your word and reply don't be a coward about it.sad to know you still come on this site,people like you give other honest people a bad name,Its hard to trust someones word now a days,also i think dishonest people such as yourself should be banned from this community,if u did it one time whats gonna stop you from doing it again to someone else.
