    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

*********************************************************************************** I was supposed to meet with seller to complete deal at their publicized full price. At the last second they tried to raise the price claiming that the animal is worth $600 ****************************************************************************

This animal is no longer for sale and has been sold to the highest bidder. I offered the above buyer the chance to place a higher bid to secure the snake - NOT for $600, but for an extra $150 to out-bid the current high bidder. He refused. Yes, the snake IS worth $600, as the buyer even commented on the uniqueness of the coloring, but that's a lie that that's what I was asking for as a higher bid.

When I sell online, I sell to the highest bidder, whether on this forum or on CraigsList or anywhere else online. That is the nature of the online market place. I informed the lower bidder as soon as possible that they were outbid BEFORE they went at all out of their way to retrieve the animal, and they declined.

My final comment is that I agree this animal is quite unique and very impressive. Please note that the facts are the buyer and I agreed upon a price and place to meet. I understand it's their animal and they have the right to sell to whomever they choise. But once I make a deal with someone I stick to the deal. I don't renegotiate just prior to shipping etc... I hope the animal goes to a good home and I actually hope that for all this she actually gets the higher price from the Craigslist buyer. I just honor agreed upon sales when I make a deal.

Good luck
