Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Actually, I don't know him. However, we have a number of mutual friends, and I've heard a lot of good things about him. I even have some of his frogs. :D

I was thinking about going to the St Louis show this weekend...will you be there?

Patrick is a very nice person. I was going to post his site on this thread but you already did.

Yes I'll be there but you do know that this show isn't Patrick's show don't you? We'll have two baby African greys in a tub behind our table. It'll be either next to or a few tables down from KCRD & GoLizards and it's always against the far left wall when you walk in the door. Stop by & say hi or ask the Jasons which one I am.

I wasn't sure which show this was, but Jason and Jason have been hounding me to go to St Louis with them for quite a while. Apparently there's a certain "club" that they're particularly fond of, and they've been trying to get me to go there with them for over a year. ;) :dgrin:


Do you know if Patrick will be at this show (even though it's not his)?
 
The Jasons are right, a good time is had by all at this show. I don't know what club they're referring to, however.

I don't think Patrick will be at this show. He hasn't been to any of them that I've been to and I've been going for over a year now. Patrick's next show is December 17, a rare Saturday show. I think we're going to do it too. It's hard for us to do Saturday shows but Patrick said he can't get the hall on any Sunday in December so he had to opt for Saturday. Patrick's show is twice as big as this one.

I doubt that you've been to this particular club...it's more the type that "gentlemen" (and I use that term loosely) like to hang out at. ;) :dgrin:

I didn't realize that Patrick had a show coming up that soon. Would that one be better to go to than the one this weekend?

That's not fair!!!! (*Stomps feet, arms crossed!**) Methinks it has something to do with the bar at the venue??? Maybe that's why everyone is all happy and giggling.

It depends on what you're looking for. This show usually has tons of snakes but there have also been lots of lizards, arachnids & frogs too so you can't really say what's going to be there. But at Patrick's show you'll never really know what's going to be there. Usually anything and everything. Several of the usual vendors who come from very far away didn't show up at Patrick's last 2 shows. I'm thinking gas at $3 a gallon had something to do about that. Maybe this next show they'll all be there.

I'll solve your dilemma. Go to both of them. I like both of them.

No...I can assure you that the things that go on in this club wouldn't be happening at a reptile show. ;)

I'll have to talk with J&J about the shows. One of my reasons for coming up this weekend is because I need to pick up some fruit fly cultures from Patrick. If he's not going to be there, then I might just wait for the next show.
