Biscuit yea I’ve been to jail, A few times including the two days for not having a permit for my gators, Am I mad NO the person that took there time to so all that research to turn me in is the person I’d be watching out for. As for my prison time it was like 12 years ago get over it. I cold sit here an rag on you Biscuit but I don’t know you, nor do I at this point need to. OK Chuck, I'll bite... where in my previous post did I say anything about you being in jail? I never once aid anything about you being in jail... honestly, i couldn't care less if you have been to jail or to the moon. I was merely stating that you have a shady past (business wise) and you have deplorable.. (that means VERY BAD in case you were wondering Chuck)... business ethics. Why you have the need to keep spouting off that you have been in jail is beyond me.. is it because you think it makes you sound cool? Is it because you think that people would do business with you because you have cleaned yourself up? I think not... I think it is because you are trying to make it look like anyone that has an issue with you in here has a problem with your "prison" past. It has nothing to do with that at all. It has to do with the fact that you are a liar. you tell so many lies and half-truths that you lose track of them and then pass off more. There is a term for what you have... you are a compulsive liar... you lie because you can't help it. You are a habitual loser, and your presence on this earth makes me ill. Here we go, So let start by you maybe posting some facts or providing anyone something other then your jaw jacking or other support your jaw jacking that I am and or have done any bad business dealings other then the one noted in the BOI which we both now how I resolved that one.

Wow... where do I start... Ok, i highlighted the places i need help with in red... so you can find them easilly. I have absolutely NO idea what you are talking about in the first section. The second section.... again... I don't care that you are a drug dealer... I care that you are a waste of human skin, but nothing more... Well I'm not sure, Try this IF YOU CAN'T PROVIDE DOCUMENTED information why even bother to speaking. If the only thing you have to provide here is your comment there not need, I have seen your post in other threads and I have come to realize that you along with a few other you have taken it upon yourselves to become the “ Fauna Police “ spending countless hours patrolling the numerous threads for your next cases. I have even seen some so some Fauna Investigators. My only question is where do you apply? Does it provide benefits?

I have waited til Randy posted and I waited and read all the post as I said I would.

I import animals and on every shipment I plan on a doa count of at least 10% and a bad animals count of another 10%. With in 48 hrs. and import will have a total count and make a report to thier exporter, now if 7 days later a snake dies well you eat that if you did not report it, it really simple. AA made the comment to Randy about Omega Brokers, well they are in Miami and If a person were to call them they may be able to deny or confirm that Randy had another shipment at the same time. I find it hard to believe that if randy had no funds for the AA shipment that he could aford another shipment at the very same time for TZ. Does anyone here think that there are 2 exporter willing to ship a 10k shipment on credit and pay friaght? I do think that there was some dead and bad animals but once Randy made his report and then agreed to the reduced total then that is what he owes.

He didn't send the first payment within the agreed time nor did he send any patment within the first 90 something days. Remember The same claim was made by another Tz. exporter over a year ago about Randy and then the story was the same.

The photos posted by Randy could very well be from a yaers ago or longer.Who knows? As for the Forest cobra I have had them come in looking like death sucking on a lifesaver when you are dealing with wild caught animals that is just the nature of the beast, you take the good with the bad.

Another point I would like to point out is that Randall has claimed many time that " my internet is down" the funny thing is that it only seems to be down when he needs to post here or to a person he owes money to because he can sure go to other sites with out trouble or remove adds.

Oh and Randy, I still get shipments from Ally.

As I am sure the folks who have judgements against him would also. Seeing as USFW inspection records are public record, one could easily obtain all import records of what Dave has imported. Then one could check with a few local importers and obtain an average value for what was imported. Then one could check websites of a few big dealers, or Kingsnake even and obtain an average retail price for that shipment. What you would then have is a good income estimate or at the very least, an accurate estimate of assets.

Seeing as Dave has posted here publicly that he is currently importing animals, and those importers usually require a significant minimum order, the court may be very interested on where Dave is aquiring the money to import these animals and then care for them. Especially since he is only claiming $200 a month in season.

If the court finds out about this info, I could see a contempt ruling or even a perjury charge if he was doing this during his debtor's exam.

Dave Lawson, the reptile business has many problems to deal with as an industry. It is further complicated by people who repeatedly give the state and federal authorities the ability to go into a courthouse and paint all people who deal in reptiles on any level with a broad brush, using piles of crimes and negative incidences to make their case in a system that I have found to already have a bias against us.

It is people like yourself who bring a laundry list of crimes, convictions, accusations and pending charges repeatedly to the table that in fact pushes this small industry ever closer to being regulated out of existence by the government. I realize you do not think about when you make a buck off a deal, but many many of us sit back and over years and years we hear and see so much coming from a handful of people including yourself that you are doing nothing short of holding up a giant target and waving a red flag.

For you to even make that comment about other people's business practices making it hard for people to deal in herps almost made me fall out of my chair.

I do not like to talk about this subject because myself and so many of my firends in this business have been harrassed and in my opinion, the target of unjust operations bordering on entrapment by some state levels of enforcement that it gets me very angry just thinking about it these days. That aside, guys like you are the main reason for that overzealous behavior. You are in fact, by your public records, a habitual criminal not limited to the reptiles or business but in fact the stalking and other charges paint you in such a poor light, I don't understand how you can even post here and expect anyone to give any credance to your statements.

So that I understand, Since I have a reord (as do many, many of the bigger names in this industry) We should all quit? Is this what you are saying? I have no arrest for any animal violation (but several of the bigger names do). I have a spttless record with FWC. I do not have any bad dealings in the animals trade. I do have one person that claims I have done things and later it was shown that I did not do them, A lady post papers that were shown to be fake. It is easy for people to jump on the band wagon. But search all the threads and find where I shipped a dead animal, empty box, misrepresented animala and so on. But people want to hold the only thing they can against me, my past record (that has nothing to do with animals).

I an often ask by people why I do not do something about these threads, the answer is simple

1- There is nothing that I can do.

2- People come here do a search and only find that I have a record that is years old

They consider the sorce of the post (people that are know to lie, cheat and do nothing but spend thier days sitting in front of thier monitor and stir the . After they wade through the garbage they normally buy the animal from me, why? Because they see no bad deals only a past non-animals related criminal record.

I am not going to sit here and say it is free advertising but it has never hurt me in the least.

Now as far as checking on the shipments I may or my not have coming in go ahead have at it.

Dave, like everything else in the world, there are people who fall on both sides. I know people who have criminal histories, who have done time in prison and then turned their lives around and are now solid citizens who work hard and get the respect they deserve for what they contribute to this industry. Then there are the other people like yourself, who continue to follow a downward spiral and do not try to put that criminal past behind them but rather keep repeating the actions that got them into trouble in the first place because they see it as a way to make money.

Isn't it tough for you to come on here and post with this righteous indignation how wrong everyone is when you have the laundry list of charges, convictions and ongoing situations you do? It isn't like you were a bad guy 20 years ago and then turned your life around. You are still suspect, implicated and involved in piles of negative dealings and illegal activities.
