    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Does anyone know if I can sue his mother for ALLOWING him to HIDE his money under her name because of the judgement??.... I would do it in a HEARTBEAT if I'm allowed....

Not that I would presume to offer you legal advice Neil, but if you tried to do that, you would to need to prove it by a preponderance of the evidence (more likely than not) to a judge and/or a jury beyond "I know that she is".

Jim-o, Neil has sold the judgement to a collection agentcy maned Pathfinders, I think that they are out of N.J., Dino the owner and I have been trying to work this out but Gubitz keeps messing it up. So the answer is "Gubitz will never see a dime from me, ever".

Based on what I was told I believe he sold it. It was told to me that Gubitz had no say to what is done with it or any settlement price offered to me.

Based on that I would think it was sold.

Dino is a friend of mine who is a Judgement Recovery Agent by profession, he was going to help me get my money, and I was going to throw him a piece of the action had he recovered anything, until he found out that everything you OWN is in your mommy's name, so he couldn't get anything from you....
But don't worry your little mind, I WILL be talking to my lawyer to see if I can sue your mother, and if I can, I will do it in a heartbeat.... Now, if you want to stop the crap that might occur because of this.... PAY ME WHAT YOU OWE ME, and you'll never hear from my scrawny ass again.... Randals, Don't blow a gasket. I never said where or even if it was posted. Where are you going to see me at shortly and what are you planing on doing when you see me? I know that your last show do not have the normal turn out of venders and the gate but it will work out.

Neil, Dino said he would take 2k pay off I offered the difference of the judgement and the items I paid for and never got, $1,200.00 he said he had 2k invested and that is the bottom dollar he would take. The way he talks I do not think you and he are friends.
 
Question? Why does anyone bother talking to Dave Lawson. He is a known thief and liar and all around general dirtbag. For all the things he has been busted for there are probably 4 time that amount of BS he has perpetrated and was not caught. Maybe if everyone ignores him he will take his mommy and his $200 and climb in a hole and never be heard from again.

The above is just my opinion.

If we drop it, and leave him alone, or those like him, than the threads sink to the abyss, and the public does not see them. Sorta defeats the purpose IMO.

These threads serve a purpose in the long run that is for the good of us all. People like Lawson should be exposed for what they are.

Lawson just made a post in the Randal Ellis thread to bump that one to the top. That was seven minutes ago but as of now he seems not to be posting a response here on this one. No surprise there.

I agree with you. There should be a list like at the post office of the most "un" wanted reptile whores and cut them off from access from site like this. i don't care to hear Dave's side anymore on anything. Because of people like him, it becomes harder for honest people to do business and Tarnished the reptile trade.

Sheeesh! What is it about the reptile community that attracts such high numbers of low-life pieces of shit?

This Gubitz and Laweson... are these grown adults? Please tell me this is some juvenile spat between teenagers or something. I can't come to grips with the thought of these two being grown men in their 40's or 50's. I just hope more than anything else that neither of them has children, both for the children's sake, and for society's sake too.

Truely pathetic and despicable people.
