Alan, I never repaid the $100 Chuck just came up with it.

I file taxes each year on my race winnings and the Judge was given that info. Some people here are under the impression that I am hiding assets and money well that in not true in the least. I pay taxes on everything. The trouble is that all the infomation was not posted here. It is clear to me that Scott Lakes is not privy to all the facts in this matter.

The thing that I do like is that people want to yell thief, crook etc..... but that is only based on the post by 1 person that spent 3 days in jail for editing and posting a official document and 1 person that stole from his own family. I think that before a person is labeled there should be at least some proof but that is me.

If enough of you moderators, the ones who are not the cowards that romad feels a need to ding for even when he does not feel the dinging warranted by himself when only his standards are used, would get together and just make it known that you don't want to be ASSociated with the likes of lawson, MAYBE, probably not but maybe, rich would do something about it.

If you paid your $50 fine to be reinstated after your suspension and returned with a title of "registered member" under your name, how is it that it changed to "benefactor member" which would mean you did pay the $100? Did you not pay that $100 and simply change that title under your name?

If you have not paid the $100 to reinstate your membership level to benefactor level with the privilege of dinging me or anyone with warning points how is it that you dinged me? Did Rich give you specific permission as per your PM to utilize the glitch to ding me?

I don't think I'm going to get a straight honest answer from you convict so I'm asking anyone if they might be able to explain it to me. Mod's, can you educate me on these questions?

These are the names of the exporters Ellis owes 2 of them are exporters I use and the other posted on vorras.net.

3+1=4 exporters that Ellis had scammed.

The 1 is AA.

Bob Edwards is the person spreading the word the Ellis landed the S. African shipment. According to him (Edwards) Ellis has himself (Edwards) and some other guy moving animals for him (Ellis). Edwards says that he was at Ellis' trailer a few weeks ago and is going back soon, They are back in business together according to Edwards.

Well Roy, Ellis "Stole" those animals and by buying them the buyer is actually dealing in stolen property.

Dennis will get paid and by buying from me they are adding in me paying Dennis what is owed to him.

What are the "several outstanding court ordered judgements" you speak of ?

There are 2 and I am in contact with both the owners of those.

Well Seamus, It does involve me and everyother person that imports animals from Africa. Ellis has put a very black mark against American importers. AA is not the first exporter that Ellis has done this to he has also scammed a Egyptain, a Tanzinian and A Ghanain exporters. It is rumored that he just landed a South African shipment and has not paid for that.

So Seamus now you know why I am interested in this thread. Ellis stole animals fromm exporters and each person that buys a animals from this clown is buying a stolen animals and is reinforcing his stealing animals.

I hope this answers your questions but now I must get back to a paper I am writing about the Eastern and Western Hognose snake and thier venom and delivery system.

As for the $200 you may be right as to who posted it but i don't remember you denying it or correcting it. Do however feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

I agree with this assessment. However, that is not why I initially warned him for warning system abuse. The bottom line is this...you can't warn someone for profanity simply because they use a word that you don't like in a PRIVATE message. The warning system is in place in order to help maintain some semblance of order on the public areas of the forum, and doesn't apply to PM's. However, there is one exception to this rule, and that is when someone attacks a moderator by PM in response to an action taken by the mod in the course of their duties. That individual can be warned for "Antagonism Towards Moderators."

Concerning Dave's "title"...he edited his profile in order to change his title from "Registered User" to "Benefactor Member." I'm pretty certain that this attempt at deceit shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone.

As for the original question...yes, I think that the mods would be perfectly within their rights to warn Dave for "warning system abuse" seeing as how he is exploiting a glitch in the programing in order to still be able to "ding" people whom he doesn't like. In my book that constitutes abuse.
